Hello guys and gals!

I have always been a massive fan of PG&C's and lurk a lot for motivation so wanted to post my own as a way of updating my sessions and just posting general thoughts and getting feedback from everyone.

I was playing up to 100z on stars where I could only manage a 2bb/100 winrate so decided that I was going to cashout most of roll, invest in PIOsolver and start again from 25nl with $500 and have a big emphasis on study and fixing the holes in my game.

Goals for rest of this year;

• Work up to 8bb/100 at 100z
• Play at least 5k hands a day 6 days a week
• Avoid playing tournaments for the most part
• Study at least an hour a day using PIO

Dusted off 10 buyins yesterday and also stayed up for 30 hours (not GTO)

Ended up playing till about 9am and then figured I should try stay up and actually live a human schedule so spent the day working on some pio reporting and building my BTN vs BB range using a monkersolver solution.

Not gonna post giraffs all the time but have a few fun hands

Hand 1


Notes: Villain is a whale other would probably even just fold pre, I think I just own myself super hard here on the river and should just call, I expect him to pay us off with all 2pair combos and dont think he has too many flushes but yeah hes also going to call all sets which makes this a pretty bad play imo

Hand 2


Notes: Villain also a whale (I really need to stop trying to bluff whales) I think turn raise is fine given how deep we are but should just give up, I think I gave myself justification saying that I have straights and sets here for sure however in hindsight I should pick my combo draws to bluff this river rather then the Ace high FD as we block some of his folds.

Hand 3


Notes: Villain is unknown/small sample (seemed nitty but nothing concrete so assume our default) I'm actually wondering if its worth going 3 streets at 25nl as people are so nutted, maybe im just running bad but I presume he is calling all overpairs so its probably fine.


So we are up today at 5am, finished up study and getting ready to grind.
