. When I'm on a downswing what I usually do is compare my stats at the moment of the down & my stats when I'm crushing, so you can see if you are playing good or the downswing is affecting your game (bluff less, don't steal enough, overfolding, etc.). You have tu understand variance is a part of this game, if you are a winning player you just have to play hands and try to keep your A-Game most of the time until you get out of the down. I know that sometimes is hard, but poker is poker.Saludos
