you had a 70k hand breakeven stretch but still got 8bb/100. just goes to show that variance is a ***** . good zoom results.

what kind of winrate do you think is possible at 5/10 with no table selection compared to z500? I play too many tables when i zoom and play poorly compared to non zoom, i think. But waiting around at 5/10 is nut low. it just me that has this problem?

Nice results. Would be awesome if you can sustain such winrates over a bigger sample.

You mean like the entirety of last year? You might already be aware, if not check out his first RIO vid for results.

I'm winning @ 7evbb in NL1k the last 100k hands, I'm getting 3evbb with less than 4 players which is very good I think, and like 8evbb with 5players+. I think the best way is to find your best number of tables mixing zoom and 1k, thats what I do. I usually start my session with 3 or 4 zoom, and depending on the action on 1k I close some zooms. I multitable much more than avg, but probly playing 1 or 2 zoom until you get fine action on 1k is going to be the best thing for you. I also don't think playing like 4 tables 3handed is a good approach, I think playing just 1 table 3h and prioritize zoom games is going to be much more +ev than battling; it's also going to be less stressfull given you are going to have much less variance playing zoom than 3h games where usually the regs battling are very good..

Long live zoom .

Isn't your WR supposed to go up when it's shorthanded? Pretty sure ishter's WR was quite a bit higher in the shorthanded games at this level than when full. Can you elaborate on this?

Short handed games often don't have recreational players.

As far as I understood he is talking about battling regs 3 handed which doesnt really make much money for obvious reasons vs. playing zoom pool which generally needs fish to run / (alot of times 500z pool looks like just regs playing eachother not sure why most regs even do that if clearly not being top regular).

Value of battling regs 3 handed comes obviously by getting instant seat when fish joins & improving your game by playing tough players but makes sense that it won't likely be so profitable as zoom for him.

This.

The value of play 3h is about getting the seat when the rec shows up. It seems quite impossible to have better winrate when you are battling against 2 tough regs than when you are in a 6max table with a fish.

Of course I can, like 90% of my lifetime volume is zoom500, and that site doesnt track zoom. I’ve lost a bunch at nl5k and probly at 2k also a couple years ago. I also was breakeven before 2015. Taking all this things into acount, that graph doesnt surprise me at all.

Ive heard the site doensn't track past couple years results and as mentioned not tracking zoom. I may be wrong about first one though. Graphs are easy to modify though even I'm not suspicious of OPs results.

Its common sense most people are breakeven / losing for quite some time before they get good, its quite rare to be immediate crusher.. Considering someone having tracked record of 2,2M hands is actually very good sign it means he has been grinding quite abit and needs to have learned something on the way. More suspicious are coaches who put 100-200k sample of having a great winrate somewhere and having nickname which no one recognizes / hasn't seen playing alot ever.. And there is plenty of these guys out there.
