Hello,

My name is Adrian and I start this challenge to try to learn more about poker and also if i can to give support to other players.

Short Story: I was a full time player a few years ago, nothing special, i had ~3bb/100 on NL25 and NL50. Because of this period of corotime, i had more free time and i played some poker.

Pokerstars results:

NetBet results:

I will try to play around 20-40k hands/month, only zoom because i think is the place where you can learn the "best poker" and is more comfortable. I will not withdraw any money because i have a full time job. The goal is to beat 100z. If i will do this until the end of the year, will be a great succes for me.
When i hit 50k hands on 16z, i will review probably my game a little bit, and then i will move to 25z, of course if the results will be on the "green side".
I will try to post hands 1-3 time/week.

GL at the table boys!!!

Biggest pot until now on 16z.. very strange result because it is a reg.
I put him on A2s,QQ-AA on turn, but wtf...
On the river i tanked a few seconds, probably in theory it is a fold but with this field, i think is not.

I love to see (and play) deepstacked hands, but... NLHE passed me by, a long time ago... Crazy villain didn't even have a backdoor draw. Just punts nearly 3 stacks...
Why do you think that in theory its a fold? You only lose to QQ, and very low chance that he could have 77, I thought? With just a potsize bet left OTR, vs just ~4 combos that beat you (3xQQ, and maybe 1x 77, on average?) ?
Do most regs nearly never fire a third barrel with bluffs there?

Pre-Flop: ($0.24) Hero is UTG with Q Q
Hero raises to $0.40, 2 players fold, BTN calls $0.40, 1 fold, BB 3-bets to $1.68, Hero calls $1.28, BTN calls $1.28

Flop: ($5.12) 2 2 2 (3 players)

BTN is a unknown with 17/11 and 18 hands
BB is a reg probably.. 20/16 3bet 9 on 71 hands

My questions are:
1. What is the best prelop play? Call or 4bet?
2. River.. Call or fold?

From what i see on this limit, i think call pre is a better option because with a 4bet, probably they fold 88-10, A8-AJs, KQo, QJs. Also, if they have TT let’s sa and they call pre, is very hard to take all the money even on baords with cards<T.

I don’t know if it is correct what i say but..

on the 55 hand I'm never folding, well played

AsKd hand I'd rather triple barrel blocking the strongest top pairs on flop and turn and then blocking nut flush on river. It makes for an easier line to implement with your entire strategy. glgl

Its really not that wtf its pretty bad if he just checks without punting, you are folding literally every hand you have on that river thats in your range other then what you got. you're never folding that against any field of players..

Quick update:

I played a lot these days but the results are not very good but it is ok.
I had a very good session of +9bi but then i lost around 8bi... just variation. I play 4 tables and from what i read on the forum a downs of 10-15 bi on zoom is normal.

Graph:

The bonus of 200$ is almost unlocked

Winrate:

I hope that when I hit the 50k hands, have at least 4bb/100 because the field is very good.

Yeah it depends. I also like calling. Depending mostly on bb. If bb is a solid reg I'd like to 4 bet more often than not. QQ is a monster pre, after the flop often not so much. I 4bet in general at some frequency. Maybe not a 15/11/3 nit type of guy.

I played a lot again because my GF is not home but was a nightmare.
I lost 11.5 bi in 3 sessions and now one where i won 1bi.

Just variation nothing special because i hit almost everytime only the top range, and had a lot of very good hands but the flop was not on my side.

Now i'am at 45k hands with a winrate of 2.12bb/100. Probably i will continue at 16z for another 50k or less because this game is new for me and i'm learning.

The 4bet pre is a bluff because the BTN have a big 3bet from btn vs co.
Fold or shove on the flop? The villiain range i think is TT-AA, ATs-AKs, KQs, KJs sometimes.. or some strange hands like 89s, T9s..

KJ hand seems spew, possibly pre and possibly flop. The sizing on flop if he ever folds makes it more reasonable.

Q2s is probably a 3b pre but is fine flatting.

KJ on hand 1?
Pre in don’t think so because he can open with 2x a lot of junkie hands, was a 3bet then a fold if he 4 bet, and also i play in possition. Postflop i want to make him to fold junkie hands and some small pair, also i have 3 cards to make nuts and can be good with a k or j if i hit.
It is possible to think wrong, i don’t know 100%...

Hand with Q2s.. he don’t fold very much to a 3bet, in this case i think is a call 100%

Quick update:

I played around 10k on NL25 zoom until now, there are a lot of recreationals players in the pool wich is very good. The results, on the other hand, are not as expected but i feel that i'm playing ok and eventually the good results will come.
Something that is different from NL16 zoom is that the player pool is very big and i don't have info on players.

Biggest pot until now on 25z, lucky me but from my point of view it is a big mistake to shove KK so deep, you will be called only with AA, he is a reg, probably bad if he play like this.
