Thanks for the input man . Really enjoy your PGC thread.

Hand 1 - You're right, the silly thing is if a player looked really loose after 40 hands I would use that as a read. So not sure why I ignored a tighter looking sample. OOP folding to his 3-bet is the correct play. Bet size, I think I pretty much just clicked "pot" will size down slightly from now on.

Hand 5 - Yeah definitely missed a bet. If the x/jam are you calling with an over pair and the 2nd nut flush draw?

Bank roll: $178

Just finished up my second shortish session today. Pleased with the results. Had a bad day on Friday where I played poorly. Today started off with a 150BB cooler, set of queens beaten by a set of aces. Kept my head straight and carried on trying to play my best game and definitely came out on top. Qualified for $5 rakeback so far this weekend. Might be able to reach $10 tomorrow before the cut off, will depend on volume.

Graph for Friday and Saturday's sessions:

I'm currently trying to improve my red line. I know it's not vital at microstakes but mine was dipping too sharply. Seen a big improvement over the last couple of sessions where I've been focusing on it. Mainly being more aggressive in position and tightening up in the blinds etc.

Graph for red line, still downwards but nowhere near as steep:

Hand 1 - Was intending on x/r the initial raiser, however the 6xPSB jam threw me off. I wanted to call as I block one of the possible sets and could well be up against an over pair or a worse FD. If he had re-raised and I had 3-bet on the flop then I probably would have snap called a shove but his shove reduces my pot odds. Still probably a bad fold, if it happened again I would call it off.

Hand 2 - Villain on BTN has a very tight 3-betting range preflop. Chose to cold 5-bets rather than fold a premium hand. Once V 4-bets I think it's a good fold. Against an unknown player I'm probably stacking off here.

Hand 3 - BvB and V is loose so could pretty much be showing up with anything on this board. Wanted to call due to me being a huge equity favourite over his preflop range. However V had only x/r on the flop or turn twice out of 20 or so opportunities. Couldn't put him on a hand so decided to let it go, even though it seemed like a semi-bluff to me.

Hey just came across this thread and wanted to advise you that you have a much better chance making money on Stars zoom than Party FF.

This is coming from someone who was allured by the chance at big money in RB to find out that the whole 25/50nl FF pool was ridden with bots and hard to beat. I lost like 1k before I found out Fastforward is potentially unbeatable. I personally don't know anyone who is beating it, at least at a decent clip.

What do you mean by bots? I'm fresh back to online poker after a couple of years off. You mean people running scripts or bots actually playing for people?

So far 5NL seems okay.

Bank roll: $238
Rakeback for the week: $5

Put in a marathon session today, was trying to reach the $10 rakeback points tally. Missed it by about 30 minutes, cheeky ****ers. Still a great session, absolutely crushed at the tables. Played very well and only made a few poor decisions in my opinion. Was 2 tabling for most of the night, switched to 3 towards the end and it didn't negatively affect my game play. Will therefore play more tables from now on. Once I reach $300 I will take a 10BI shot at 10NL.

Hand 1 - Called flop re-raise as I'm near the top of my range. However having to then play the rest of the hand OOP is not ideal. Should I be folding turn after he continues (or even the on the flop)? Folded river as I can't beat anything by that point. Plus V is a TAG, almost leaning towards a NIT.

Hand 2 - Should I be stacking off here on the river? The Kh is the nut worst card, anything he's drawing to gets there. Felt like the correct fold at the time.

Hand 3 - Normally 3-bet JJ preflop but like to mix in a flat call when in position. Decided to raise turn as we were very deep and the board seemed wet enough that he should continue with plenty of hands. Is this the optimal play or should I call and evaluate on the river?

Last week I played just under 15,000 hands of 5NL on Party Poker, with a win rate of 12.95BB/100. I also had a similar win rate on Pokerstars over 20,000 hands before switching sites. I therefore made the decision to step up to 10NL this week.

Has been a bit of a roller coaster start so far. Last session was pretty brutal, lost four 100BB stack all-ins where I was ahead and they sucked out. In general just ran poorly. Decided to cut my losses and call it a night, will win it back tomorrow . Current win rate at 10NL is 5.83BB/100 after 5,000 hands. Going to put in some serious volume over the weekend. My goal for this year is to run my bankroll up to $1000. So far I've trebled my deposit, now sitting at $300.

Think my overall play needs serious improvement, trying to study a lot and discuss hands etc. I've been pleased with my mental game though, haven't tilted in my losing sessions, which is good progress.

And the run bad continues, 3rd hand of the day, AA allin preflop and he sucks out on the turn with KK. Few hands later against the same V, allin on the flop with the AJs with 2 overs and the NFD. He snap calls with AQo on T93ssh and holds to win with Ace high Q kicker.

Gunna be a long weekend..

Like actual bots playing for people. Your potential EV is much higher on Stars unfortunately. Bigger playing pool and more whales and less bots. Stop grinding your balls off for 5 or 10 bucks a week in rakeback when you could be stacking whales on Stars man. I hate Stars but thats where your EV is the highest I think.

That's concerning if true, thanks for the heads up. Probably going to have to move back to PS at some point anyway, the player base on PP is almost nonexistent. There were less than 80 players at 10NL yesterday.

I've moved back but I'm busy giving it away at 5NL man, sorry! Run bad continues... Feeling pretty dejected and demotivated to play poker at the moment. No interesting hands. AK missing every flop, JJ/QQ/KK always an over card. Make the nut straight, they river a low flush etc etc.
