tough week. On the positive side you are still winning in ev so well done there.
For sure it is very hard to keep your A game over such a bad run, that is why might be noce to take a break if you dont feel well and study to get your confidence back.
As for studying I would reccomend RIO, cheap and great value. maybe upswing too though i have never tried that. Also doing hands/sessions review is always good.

yes, hard week, this game can be beautifull sometimes but other times real cruel!!!
But, never give up
I've checked some freee material from RIO and upswing and seems interesting, maybe I'll invest in some, I don't know

This resumes my session, don't hit my draws, my premmium hands got all cracked or I had to give up on them.
So much free money I left on the tables, sick
Should I rage email party poker? AHAHHAAHAHAHAH :P
Positive thing on the session: didn't run under EV for a long time
Why are you making leads such as in H1 all the time? doesnt make much sense to have a donk range on such spots. I would probably just x/shove in the QQ hand, maybe call vs some villains.

we are deep, pot is huge! i have the nuts and villain might check lot of his range in that spot. I don't want to see his FD's and gutshots for free, if he had KK or AA we will call anyways I guess. that was my line of process, don't know if it makes any sense
I was thinking was playing 3betpots super bad this week due to the results. But then i check the graph despite of being breakeven, my EV is quite good and my red line too. but he blue line... lol sample I know but what informations can I take from my game with this?
PS: alias name "crusher" is so ironic, so don't laugh AHAHAHAHA

At least your EV is good/ok. I had the same thing in spins. Don't lose your head, pros play cash in 100ks of hands, you'll get there on the next 100k hands or the 100k of hands after that. Your goal is not short term results but to maintain that 5bb/100 or whatever is achievable in your games after like 500k-750k or so hands to have that 25000 to 37500 bb = $6250 to $9375 + rb and if that's too little I guess you gotta climb stakes and become a crusher there :P
This week I am gonna grind much less. I want to spend most of the time studying, trying to improve some as aspects, start using equilab, try to discover EV+ strategies for some spots and Vs some villains etc...
Been study more than playing this week but still not confident, still loosing, still running bad AF. I am really having some troubles at the tables, I feel stucked, I don't know how to leave this situation, how to improve, nothing works
Preflop: Hero is BB with A A
2 folds, CO raises to $0.75, BTN calls $0.75, SB folds, Hero raises to $3.75, CO raises to $6.90, BTN folds, Hero raises to $27.10 and is all-in, CO calls $20.20
Flop: ($55.05) 9 T J (2 players, 1 is all-in) Turn: ($55.05) Q (2 players, 1 is all-in) River: ($55.05) 2 (2 players, 1 is all-in)
Spoiler:
Results: $55.05 pot ($2.75 rake)
Final Board: 9 T J Q 2
Hero mucked A A and lost (-$27.10 net)
CO showed K K and won $52.30 ($25.20 net)
Is this a spew? is this close? vs reg. at this point I am so confused about the game than I can´t analyze this spot
H1 = rigged deck runner runner straight. No, srs rigged. Note the order: 9, T, J, Q
H2 = yeah, way too thin. Fold pre is fine, you're dominated and have reverse implied odds too often. What range do you put the reg on?
All sooted Aces, K8s+, 50% of Q9s, AT+ & merged 44-66 plus JJ+ pairs range =) ?
Hand 7/8:
If you know, you fold. Just try trusting your ability & keep doing it for a large num hands, chances are your winrate will go up & you'll have easier time with yourself. You can just have balance and try that stuff out for, say, 50k, 100k hands. See if it works. People who make their raise sizings obvious and don't balance (don't have?) bluff ranges well enough can best have their value dodged and won at better winrate rather than tied to due to frustration or having limits on how sick can you fold or limits on how greedy you play in spots where you can be greedy.
What's your total 25z sample & what is avg. EV winrate of regs in your field?

vs a decent reg who has a wide 3bet range I think it's fine to call IP KQo. the shove call is mehhh, I really don't know. I will try to put it on equilab or try to
he was a super whale, always betting betting. and there was a stat that make have this decison"vs missed cbet", small sample but it was like 90%. I wanted to check raise and maybe put all the chips on the flop.
anyway he will never fold, even my pseudo check raise would not work
Played some hands last days... keep strugling, improved litlle my game, I feel more solid but still far away from crushing or be a small winner in the game
Keep at it man, 12k hands isn't much in the grand scheme of things. In my current challenge I've ran break even over 15k hands most of it being 5NL - even with a big edge variance can be unforgiving. Keep working hard and the results will come, they always do.

yeah, I know, is a small sample this week but in the last 90k hands more or less I am running 30 buy ins under EV, it's very frustrating and you start not having fun when playing!
But yeah, the dream still alive
Thanks for the nice words! I am always following your thread too
It's ok grinding through, but you've prob. lost some confidence or need to up game a tad. Don't let the field see you weak. Be the tax, don't be a breakeven player. I've been a breakeven player for some times too, fk that sh*t, srs. Be aware if you putting in a sesh will average a +EV. If no, don't play. If yes, execute and so be it # Lord Jesus

I have to do better, I can do better, I need to do better.
It's kind of a transiction, almost 100k hands dowswing, 30 buy ins under EV... so now I am just breakeven but in the future I am sure i will be a winning player step by step, ahahah
Resume of the last week:
finally a winning week, it has been a slow process but it's ok... starrt loosing a lot on NL25, then i was breakeven for a while and now I start winning a bit. Volume is still poor, it's summer time, lot of friends on vacation, it's world cup, lot of distractions outside poker
