H4 4bet/probably fold pre, as played you have to call although it is not a great spot

I have no words to describe what's going on, I always have the lower set, always had the lower flush, villains hit fccking everything, they coolered me all the time, i can't win a flip, last 1k hands lost almost 10 buy in, this too much sick! This game is sick, the swings are sick.

Ways to avoid having the lower set
a)don't setmine pairs lower than 66 (it's not an original idea, Sauce mentions it in some of his RIO Elite vids
b)fold bottom sets equal to 555 or lower to obvious signs the enemy has a set
on a board and scenario where him having better sets is possible

Not loving this game

H2: pretty comfortable turn fold. Population will almost always have an overpair here
H3: tough spot but might be correct to fold river tbh. V will have some boats and some better flushes, but he could also have some 67hh type of hands, or some QJ bluffs. super exploitable though, cant blame you for calling.
H4: i would consider jamming turn depending on villain
H5: giving up river. dont expect an ace fold, and that is the great majority of his range imo. also 99 improves
H9: i would stab a little smaller, but folding to a raise is good
H10: i would 3b pre. This turn lead doesnt make much sense to me. avoid making these plays, unless you have actually studied them
H12: dont think it os a great bluffing spot once he bets so big. He will most likely have Kx+ and some rare bluffs, and our hand doest block anything good for him. A hand like 9T would be better i think, even JT
H13: I think we can fold turn vs this sizing. dont think we will get paid on a 9 or ace much + i cant see V bluffing here almost ever
H14: at these stakes, having a limping range is probaby not good. Again, turn lead makes no sense. You shouldnt donk anything here. just x/c turn. cooler as played
H15: i wouldnt have a leading range on this board either, but it is better than the previous ones. good discipline fold on the river
H16: vs a nit probably just folding flop vs that huge sizing
H17: you should check this flop a lot, as it hit btn flatting range very well. AAis a good one to slowplay and x/c here. As played i dont think i am folding turn either, though it is not great spot.

so welcome to my sessions, just got owned in 4 hands hands almost in a row

You seem to be running very bad, but i also see a lot of mistakes being made, like betsizes in general and spew like jamming pre AK vs cold 4b, and jamming turn with TP+nfd.
I have gone through a very hard period on the tables recently, where i seemed to lose every hand like you, and i only wish i had taken a step back, played lower and study to get my confidence back and cut the losses. I know the feeling of wanting to grind your way out of a dowswing, but maybe taking a break and coming back stronger is the best option for you now.
