I'd like to play 100k hands or more but that depends on a lot of factors

How about 200k? Play night, sleep days. TMGOP book 2 "hardcore grinding"

Here's my 16z graph for month. Unfortunately I lost a bunch playing 25z at the beginning so my mindset wasn't right and I was winning easily at 16z so I stayed there. 8 game I can't track but I think I lost a few stacks and PLO was going good but lost a bunch back semi tilted.

I used to nearly always lose first session of the day also. I find doing a warm up really helps, which for me involves looking over interesting hands from day before and 5-10 minutes meditation.

GL will follow, but your thoughts are skewed to things being by chance like oh always lose first session of the day. This will only eat into your mindset as time goes on

@bl1zz22 thanks checked your thread too

@Darragh have been doing the same

@Herbb the thought process is skewed but there's still some benefit to "warming up" imo

what's your rfi% in each position?

T8s seems a little loose from MP and as a result calling a 3bet seems a bit odd. I'm not really sure what calls your overbet but it's nice to see villains levelling themselves into calling with trash. I'm not sure this is the best way to get value though.

Dynamic open with fish on the table, as a standard it's not that loose either imo and the 3b call closing the action is standard. Some regs will check JJ+ on flop and the board ran out super dry so that's why I shoved ( fd on turn )

H1 shove pre? Has this really gone out of fashion? I also think the river is misplayed.

H2 you GII good the issue is?

H3 Not getting away from it once again but you seem to be making it as easy as possible for other players to fold weaker hands imo. I think checking this flop with JJ is better too.

H4 Happens

H5 Happens although I'm not necessarily sure on the bet sizing on all streets.

H6 This seems bad?

1 - It's standard to shove but I called because he had very high fold to 3bet (90+) and very small 4bet. 95% of the time I rip here and don't think about it

2 - I'm not saying there's an issue

3 - I prefer to range bet than check in these spots esp vs aggro opponents who are capable of tripling once you show weakness

6 - Why is it bad? This board crushes their calling ranges. I 4bet small cause the initial 3bettor was a nit and I expected him to 4bet or fold very often. On that flop I can't do anything cause he has all the sets in his range and I block AQ. KK 4bets pre so I don't beat anything, only TT and that has tonnes of equity
