Having 4b bluffs in some spots might be good late position (thinking BU vs SB, CO vs BN) but I've dabbled a bit with adding JUST A5s as a 4b bluff UTG at 2nl and 5nl zoom and it's definitely not paying off as I got often called and was in a ****ty spot.
Usually the bluffs are there so you can get action but when the bluffs themselves are not really +EV and you get action with the nuts regardless I don't really see a point in them. Problem with this is that you'll have to call more hands so you won't have a fold vs 3bet percentage that's blatantly easy to exploit. A fold vs 3b percentage @ 60% is prolly decent at these stakes.

since that's the case, we should just 3b for value the UTG/HJ opener (bc they will still call with worse even if we only 3b with premium hands) and only light 3b the late positions (not to balance with our value 3b, but bc we have fold equity since their range is wide)

but it's not a problem though since there's only a few number of regs (if any) who will exploit it, so the default strategy to underdefend vs 3b is better

I'm not sure if the number who will exploit it is that low, even the bad regs will start 3betting you light when you show up with high 60's fold to 3bet percentages.
From what I noticed some consider 60% underdefending as it is.

Other than that it's a good habit to get into and I doubt it's -EV.

This one isn't good, doesn't make much sense for my range to jam here. Nutted hands like Tx or JJ I bet small or more likely check then shove river. AK/AQ I should probably be checking too. Thoughts on pros/cons of run it twice vs run it once?

Also, I know you crush 16nl but what would your thoughts be on skipping 16 and going from 10nl straight to 25nl?

Have you played much 25nl lately? How do you think the games differ, if much at all?

Don't think running it twice matters.

Going from 10 to 16z will be tough for a while, it's far more aggressive and the general reg is thinking a lot more. That said there's plenty of rec's too but they are also very aggressive so you need to come up with a game plan to combat them.

25 has a similar mix you'll find at 10, recs, bunch of nit fish but many better regs. There's far more bluffing going on. There isn't much of a different between the two in my experience ( 16+25), I'll probably skip 25 and go to straight to 50.

If you have little experience higher than 10 I'd recommend 16 first because 25 is a 2.5 times stake step up, where as if you transition from 16 to 25 the difference is minimal, it can grind on you mentally if you have a few bad sessions after moving up.

August started off great but half way through I lost my discipline. Like I said in a previous post my brother moved to his own apartment down the road from me and we went on a few drinking sessions and for obvious reasons it messed with my motivation and mindset.

Profit wise the month was good, I think overall it was around +$1500 but I didn't do it the right way, too many sessions of tilt and chasing losses playing stakes above my BR. The previous two months ( June + July ) my discipline was great and so was my volume so that will be my goal for September. You can see in my graph there was some sessions at 100 and one very tilted session at 200. I did similar things playing PLO, I'm done with that for now and going to focus solely on zoom hold'em.

Yeah true, I usually have a few drinks on a Saturday since it's footy day so I take a day off playing. I might play a little 2nl PLO or Stud for a bit of fun while drunk but I don't auto top-up and i'm not bothered about losing a fiver or so since it's just for fun lol.
