This is a mistake, pre is a easy sqeeze. I'm over reliant on small sample hud stats, I see he's raising 9% and immediately the thought enters my head he must have a strong hand so I should just flat, really bad and need to improve this part of my game.

Caught some heat tonight, feel like I played good too but I suppose it's easy to say that when you're running good. The hand I posted above was pretty tough but I didn't feel an ounce of tilt, I'm fine with calling down there against a whale.



Flop cbet is highly questionable but V had very high bet% when checked too and so I feel like I need to bet here sometimes with bdfd and overcard on such dry boards or else he's gonna run me over. It's probably fairly obvious from my HH's that my strategy and bet sizing's are deviating too much from hand to hand. It's something I'm working on atm along with warming up before sessions whether that's just watching a video or reviewing HH's. I've noticed a pattern where I lose control very quickly at the start of each session and it takes a solid 20 or 30 mins to regain focus, that's hurting my WR and it's something that's entirely avoidable. Anyway solid day today.

Today was the opposite of yesterday, I played rly good for long periods but ran horrid. It's hard to recommend this game to anyone, the mental fatigue is exhausting and run bad can be rage inducing unless you're battle hardened, I'm really proud of how I played today.. still managed to book a small win but felt like the world was against me. It was ridiculous at times, we all know the feeling where you can play thousands of hands over hours and hours and just not get anything going.

Sometimes I 3x vs limpers, 4 is my standard. I deviate vs aggressive recs just to gain initiative for cheaper but I don't think it makes much of an overall difference, just a minor adjustment in my strategy to play more post flop pots vs these types of players.

Over this period of hands I managed to get 2000 star coins total and cashed them for 20$ and according to PT4, raked $540. Thanks stars, so generous of you! That would have worked out at $216 RB @ party roughly although I'm fairly certain the games on party are worse.

BR is $740

Bad software would be no1 reason, for whatever reason stars has a feel to it with timing tells and such that other sites don't have. If a good alternative was out there I'd use it but there isn't one.

Mentally today was the best day since I started this second challenge. Since I gave up drinking I've had this awful brain fog and anxiety for the past month but today it wasn't there, I hope it stays that way. It makes grinding an awful experience when you can't concentrate and get agitated very easily.

Session wise I'm really happy with how I played, had a horrible start of -5 BI but recovered and ended up with a little profit. Games weren't great but not bad either.

40 buyins sounds fine, however real OMCs would wait for at least 50 buyins (10 shot)

Stopping drinking is prob. good for you. However, have you done other preparations to assure you can take downswings all of the days and have stop & go or stop for the day that you actually execute and would execute if there's a need to?

I can't really comment on hands because I don't really beat high enough 6-max levels or
have attempted them, even. I could prob. commend on your spins hands, tho', if any.

P.s. lastly, if you feel you're vulnerable to downswings / bad days / your own mistakes etc. you can go even more passive OMC bankroll. Such as golden standard 60 + 10 with 6 buyins stop-for-the-day.

gl, be careful when you play hands vs someone with a 50 hand sample, generally not good enough to go by

I wonder how the adjustment will be when u go to 25NL. I see the 16NL and 10 is a big diff but wouldn’t be surprised if it’s back to nitttyville at 25.

Back when I grinded NL10z 9max I'd warm up 2-tabling zoom for 250 hands playing nitty just observing the field, then take a small break and do my normal 3-tabling 500-h each mini sessions, mby you can try it out too, no point losing buyins at start of the session.

Could you explain the 22 setmine vs Nahrven 3betting on blinds vs you? Valuebet river 222 is mandary, but how did you decide 1/2 is the perfect bet size so he calls you?

Also, would you given up 222 if, say, he jammed vs your river valuebet or stacked off?
