I'm currently in grad school working on getting my Master's in Accounting. I'll be graduating in about 9.5 months and after that I have a job lined up in public accounting. Grad classes are only two days a week and once I start working full time I won't be able to play as much poker. So this next stretch of time is going to be my last time to really be able to put in some hours at poker for awhile. So I decided to make this thread and set this goal to keep me motivated to play while I have the opportunity.

$50k may seem unreachable in only 9.5 months at 1/3, but the game I play is $1k cap and can get really big at times. Last week I played a hand where I put in a raise to $1200 on the river with the intention of folding if he came back over the top just to give you an idea how big the games can get sometimes. It usually plays like a 2/5 and sometimes even as big as 5/10.

My main reason for this thread is I don't really have many people to talk hands with right now so I'm gonna be posting some HHs in here and even if no one responds at least I'll be talking through my thought process while I'm writing lol. May post a few pics here and there as well.

First session of the challenge is going to be today. Never been to this place on a weekday so I don't know what to expect action wise compared to the weekend games, but I've got time off school for the holidays so may as well go check it out.
