So Ive decided to have a go at grinding a roll up on pokerstars zoom tables. I feel the speed helps to put in extreme volume and help iron out that variance!

I'm starting with $50 at 5NL (not bothered with messing around at 2NL and am confident in my ability at 5NL) and am setting some soft date goals of reaching each level (dont want to be too focused on these as its more about the playing well). From then on Ill be sticking to a more traditional bankroll management, but giving myself a bigger cushion the higher stakes I get.

4 tabling zoom I can average 1,000 hands an hour, so in a short time I can rack up the volume!

5NL - 10NL

The first goal is to get to 10NL, I'll be moving up when I reach $250 (25bi). As I have a job and Im at university my weekly hand goals will be a modest 15k hands, which I hope to achieve 8bb/100 average. Using this target I've given myself a goal of 24/04/16 to be playing 10NL

10NL - 16NL

I am currently planning on playing the 16NL level provided by stars but will asses it after a few hours at the level (I've heard its a crazy level). I like the inclusion as it really bridges the gap of the traditional 10NL to 25NL. Ill be keeping my 15k hands per week target and 8bb/100 target (be a little bit more challenging) and aim to move up by 08/05/16 when I reach $400 (25bi)

16NL - 25NL

So, as previously mentioned, I've heard some weird things about 16NL, people playing hands crazy, but I see this as an invitation for money. Im lowering my goal rate to 5bb/100 as Im unknown at this level but obviously better will be great! I aim to reach $750 (30bi) by 28/05/16

25NL - 50NL

This is when things start to get serious, if on track Ill just have finished uni for summer so intend to step my weekly hands up to 30k alongside work and we'll start playing for a liveable wage! Aiming for an average of 5bb/100 I hope to reach $1,500 (30 bi) and 50NL by 26/06/16

50NL - 100NL

100NL is what I see as a big goal for me, to achieve this and hopefully still be a winner at the stakes. To get there I first have to navigate 50NL, which I feel is when it'll start to get very tough. Ill be trying to improve my game constantly through the grind and this will be essential for me to continue growing up to these stakes. Ill be reaching my (current) holy grail of 100NL at a bankroll of $3,000 (30 bi) hopefully before 31/08/16, helping me go back to uni as a 100NL player.

I intend to update this thread with how Im going and if my poker tracker decides to play ball some pretty graphs!
