yeah pretty much till u get to about $3... maybe some .02 .04 cash tables... I know when I play I am the biggest fish on them lol so I avoid them

unfortunately those are the options available. and yes the losing 60<40 happens a LOT. (sure seems more than 40% - sigh!). i was on a kick where i was losing 70<30 getting in dominating opp and still losing. then it turned a little.

i have to admit i did go out of good br managment a bit and played a 60c sng last night and came in 2nd. helped a bit but if i would have go unlucky 60c is a huge part of (our) bankrolls right now. i want to practise good br management in this thread - kind of one of the reasons i started it - to keep myslef in check!

i may try the 6c rebuy that is mentioned.

ok i see the 6c is not for another 8 hours. i did see the 50c mtt coming up - might try that - i know i only have $3.33 but we have to step up a little at some point. anyone think i shouldn't?? i mean i want to get to where i don't play a mtt without it costing me less than 10% - so maybe i shouldn't?? sigh - br management has always been bad for me (maybe that's why i always do ok then end up losing everything over and over - hard to admit but happens to me wayyy too much!)

Just thought about it - and realized that when i played the 60c i only had about a little less than $2 - i would have NEVER played a $60 tourny with a $200 bankroll - so I guess I shouldn't have done the 60c. And I am thinking about the 60c mtt now also??

Maybe we are forced to play out of our br a bit because we have so little at this point?? Is anyone else thinking this way?? Or maybe I should do what
3sixes did and play only the 11c and 2c limit games till i get $5 - seems like good br management - but hard to stick with it!??

Starting with 69c I played 6 11c sng's and bricked em all - now I have a useless 3c in my cashier. Ran so bad

hate to hear that copt - sucks - and i'm sure you got it in good in almost all of them - those 11cs run so bad - sick!

what would be awesome though - and i'm sure you really don't feel like it now - would be to start at 3c and build it up to $1000!!! what a story that would be!! i think you can do it too - i mean right now you feel like it just sucks - but it can be done and YOU can do it! get another step 3 asap - win it - then get back to it!!!

Actually, before going to bed this morning, I gave my NLHE challenge a few cents from my O8 money and played three of the 11c shorthanded super turbos. Bombed out of the first two and won the third, so I'm up 15c. Those suckers are hard!

Day two begins now. Will use my Funstep2 tickets (x4) and see if I get anywhere. Actually, I guess I'm still on day one. Can't try step one again for another 12 hours. So I guess my days will go from midnight to midnight.

I just remembered, I actually didn't use real money for the 11c STs. I used VIP points. So, the win I got was all profit for 48c.

I know Chris Furguson bent the rules of his challenge when he was first starting.

He had to due to how stringent his BRM rules were because it would have been impossible otherwise.

Some of them were pretty tight late last night too. It was like everybody knew about this thread and they all took the game seriously. I adjusted though -- I became the donkey. Results improved.
