Started playing some of these steps today, grabbed 4 step2 tickets and will repeat tomorrow before moving on to step 2. Definitely not a bad way to waste some time at work.

Have never deposited on Carbon, waiting on rakeback confirmation from support before I even consider it. Maybe I won't have to.

not on rakeback. unfortunately i just signed up for this recently as a place to play freerolls etc post BF. this is sad but i'm actually just assuming that i'm on the "vip program" - haven't really even thought about it (rakeback - etc) and not sure if we can even get it these days??

If you just signed up you are on the vip program. I did notice though Carbon poker advertising in Bluff magazine 35% daily rakeback. Don't really know what's going there so maybe check it out.

tbh i really didn't get on carbon to "really make money" - i mean while i'm playing i want to make a ton (don't get me wrong) - i just wanted somewhere to play a little online to get my "online fix". don't know what i'll do if i really make some money - well yes i do - get it offline quick!

can't complain too much (why complain doesn't help) - i did get my money off of stars and didn't have too much on ftp (like 125) - on stars had almost 1,200 (nothing compared to a lot of you out there) - but did get the stars money!

sure miss it though.

anyway - i'm rambling - sorry!

when you guys get a few $ try the $2.20 45 man I played 2 yesterday and got 4th for 11.25 and bubbled the next lol...they were also actually loading fast for carbon lol only had to wait about 20 mins each. The quality of play was really pretty bad, looks like most of the grinders have not found them yet

Had a 6.5-3.5 chip lead going into HU on a Step 3 this morning. Got it in with the best, opponent rivered a straight. Never recovered from the blow.

Unfortunately I busted my $2 playing $1 STT's, but next time I'll be playing the $0.11's until I have at least $20. I'll update here and in my thread when that happens.

What time of day are you playing your Step 3s? I've been playing early-morning Central time US. Only played a couple but my first impression is they're a noticeable step up in difficulty from steps 1 and 2.

Yah but only if you stick with these silly things. Hero has a freeroll that pays 50/30/20, it runs every evening for us 'mericans only (ok canada too I think), and gets like 80 runners.

Why u waste your time on those 3-steps-pays-a-buck things is a mystery.

Hero also has a 99 freebie (9 pays, 11 apiece) 3 hrs earlier than the other one. And the PLO freerolls have already been mentioned. David Jung (Hero CEO) FTW AINEC!
