Hello all!

This will be my little blog, where i start recording my progress as poker player.
I plan to do every session little overview how it went, what i did notice and plans for next session.
I play atm NL50SH. This isnt my fulltime job, my main income is elsewhere. I dont play poker only for
money, its more like challenge for me. Poker is just so intresting and challenging game, i enjoy it
a lot.

I start with my last session review.
I did notice few thing where i lack strategy.
1)ovb one and medium hard to fix - if everything says to you, he have nuts or really close to nuts, then
be a pro and fold you really strog holding (fe. agg + raise cbet, then fold your strong holding what cant improve much)
2)really easy to fix - dont barrel fish with medium equity hands, they dont fold, but barrel more thin value
3)i think this is bit more hard to fix - I need to realize faster gameflow with some regs, im pretty good overall with
this, but there is more space for improve def. I can realize pretty hard when i have momentum over reg, but i dont change
my strategy so fast - should do it
4)easy to fix - dont make speculative 3bet calls, instead look more spots to 4bet (dont want my fold to 3bet going too up,
it can go bigger a bit, its pretty low atm, but not much)
5)easy to fix - dont call so much cbets @ 3bet/single raised pots with speculative hands what dont have room to improve much (second pair
w/o backdoor outs for example on high card boards)
6)pretty hard to fix - too much river light calls, this is so much depending on everything, i think its pretty hard to find
good balanced strategy, need to think about my strategy a lot on this spots
7)easy to fix - no need to call low PP @ SB

How i improve my game atm?
I decided to go back on basics, i feel i can make pretty good dynamic game overall, but i lack on basics.
So i read BlackRain79 Moders Small Stakes atm and just for fun his microstakes book also, pretty good stuff, basic stuff,
nothing advanced, but good.
Also watching again one BPC course

Want to start following other grinders also, so if you have or you know good blogs/twitter account from other grinders, let me know

My next session goals:
*3000hands
*Try to be bit tighter (33/28/10 atm), its def cool and fun to be one of these really agressive (and winning!!!!) reg at small stakes, but
im not sure its most profitable way, i should take down few % of my preflop hands - but what can you do if you see 86s @ EP :P its
just too tempting to open it and try to find some fancy turn to make fany c/r
*Follow my last session point what need to fixed
*Write down thing what you notice what needs to be fixed
*Have some fun @ tables

Hey all, short update.

Yesterday session went pretty well, feeling are good about my game, everything gets more clear in my game.

It was really aggressive session again, regs are angry and fish are dissapoionted

Last session stats 36/28/12, i start feeling myself like fish allready �� but regs let me play this way, so why not (but im sure its bit wayy too much).

Mistakes that i did write down before this session and i feel got fixed and found solutions how to fix/balance things:

*Dont barrel fish w/o at least medium equity – went pretty well

*Gameflow/regwar – i did notice it faster and changed my game gear pretty well – but need to focus on this more

*Dont make so much 3bet calls with really bad suited hands – pretty much fixed, did find instead some nice 4bet spots

*Too much 2pair calls without extra (backdoor for example) reason – seems to be fixed, but need to balance this bit more, to not let my fold to cbet get high (high for me is avg reg fold to cbet stat), i started raising more, but not so much more than i fold, so my fold to cbet gets bit higer, but my aggression on flop getting also up, they are afraid my raise to cbet more (i have really well constructed range here i feel) than hoping to get me fold (well its not so high 49%, but dont want to let it go more than 55%)

*River light calls – getting better but not quite there yet, need to look stats and make some logical adjustments every situation

*Dont call low PP @ SB – pretty much fixed, found some 3bet spots more insted



Still problems:

*I do get overaggro time to time – yes it benefit me another way, if i just go overaggro time to time, they start playing vs me way too light most of the time thanks for this and completly wrong ranges, but still, i cant get more aggro, i feel im really in bordelline and it can explode really bad way if i go over than line

*Still problems folding flop, when i have really good hand but hand what cant improve much and villain have stats whay scream to my face that they have this few nuts what they can have

*Calling too mcuh 3bets OOP (esp. whit trash), yes i feel im strong with allsort specualtive hands, but i need better SPR for that, need some more room to play turn

Trying to focus on these thing enxt session, keep on eye for last things and write down new things what i discover



Today plan:

*3bets course few videos, every video few times – write summary and take 1-2things what i need to try to put somewhere in my game and try out @ tables

*3000hands

*Most important – have some fun at tables, bust some rolls, get some regs out of line and bust them few times… have fun have fun have fun – enjoy playing
