I mainly play $1/$2 no limit live, and play stakes ranging from 10NL-50NL normally on Ignition Casino. Recently did a large withdrawal to pay some bills, and thought that it'd be fine for me to have some live volume for when I am sick of playing behind a computer screen for hours alone, and vice versa when I get sick of the live environment.
Main sources of inspiration go out to brokenstars, skuzlad, neuronpoker, and updogpoker as they are all solid regs playing on ignition's midstake zoom/regular games with varying levels of success. Here goes nothing coming from the bottom rung once again...will try to update this as much as possible with live hands/online hands. Going to probably focus more on updating with online hands and bankroll over live however, given that it is much easier to recall and trace back HHs and such.
Starting bankroll (online):
$629.01, will be playing 10NL for the time being. Will determine later on, for how many BIs I should have before taking shots at 25NL+. For the time being, I will be avoiding the zone/zoom tables.
Okay, scratch what I said about playing 10NL, I think what I will do is just take my roll ATM and just take a shot at playing 25NL. Was told from others to do the same, also I'm not necessarily doing a bankroll challenge as I can reload given the fact that I play 1/2 live.
Anyway got a few hands in during the time in which I posted this (other than playing some League), going to head over to play live pretty soon + pick up money owed to me from some regs as I lent them stacks before I left the day before. Any suggestions from anyone for live HH recording? Will try to bring some back today. Think I will still avoid zoom tables however, until my BR is at a point where it is comfortable playing 25NL.
Currently sporting a VPIP/PFR/3B% of 25/20/6. Pretty much a needle of a sample size ATM but should be expecting that 3B% to go up considerably in the coming hands.
Current Graph
Hand against a whale HU
Villain fed up against me w/ my 3b% on this particular table
Coolered villain OTR as he mucked Qx (river B/Cing is questionable)
Punt of the session, villain was 3Bing quite liberally however
Live didn't go so great with me playing some PLO for quite some time, as there wasn't much NLHE interest at all at the time when the venue opened. Biggest hand of the night for me was against a pretty massive whale, in a nutshell I get my ~$350 stack in for a $800 pot IP when I have the nut straight on the turn (whale decides to pot turn OOP, I repot all in OTB), with a straight to the 7.
Flop was 356r, turn Q bringing a flush draw.
River pairs the board with a second six (which also had a fd), however villain somehow tables 63xx w/ no fd??
Apparently second villain who is a competent reg somewhat quickly folded 33. Kind of a bummer since that was a pretty big pot for me, however I got my money in VERY good and am up still overall for the past few days playing live.
Session was from ~7:00 PM, to ~1:00 AM. Booked a loss of about ~1K. GII with a wrap in another spot for the whole stack again, and brick out. Think I played well overall, however.
Online
I played about two hours of online, it's now 5:39 AM and it's probably time for me to hit the hay. Will probably get more online volume in tomorrow, some spots I definitely could have played better had I not played so much live earlier. Watched a poker documentary on the side while playing called Bet Raise Fold, I found it to be quite interesting.
Results
Went for three streets against a pretty passive fish
Passive table with main villain quickly confirming himself as passive whale at 80/0, rest of table w/ similar stats except for SB
3:11 AM at the moment now (8/22), got some hands in for the first three hours of the day, plus will post on the hands played for today so far. Ended up playing a little bit of 25NLz as well, given that 25NL regular tables weren't really picking up much traction at the time + playing poker every day for the past few weeks has me wanting to expand and focus on other parts of life. Nice to get in hundreds of hands super fast though, if I played this for a few hours I could probably get a couple thousand hands in as well. Probably will put more of an emphasis on regular tables still however as WRs there will naturally be higher, and given the fact that I'm not rolled yet properly to shot take 50NL later on.
Gonna play League of Legends now to unwind a bit, eat a pizza, and maybe play some more before I sleep and grind some more in the afternoon.
Rest of play on 8/11
Play from today so far
Hand Histories for Some Big Hands (think I'm still posting way too many HH
Woke up at around 2 PM today, just finished playing some 4 table 25NL and will be heading over to (hopefully) play some live 1/2 NLHE. Will try to bring back some hand histories.
Continuation on 8/22/18 Online Hands
Ran like ~2BI under EV overall today, however happy overall with how I played in most big spots

Ended up taking a break instead of going to live the other day, and just grinded online the days after. Things look to be going well overall...gonna go to sleep now and will grind in the morning/early afternoon if I can, otherwise will try to socialize with some friends online with some games if possible. 4 tabling 25NL regular tables on Ignition can get to be quite boring tbh..although I do have some fun updating these PGC's periodically. Hope to play 50/100NL soon!
Started to pick up on some 50NL, needless to say it went well. Streamed a decent chunk of it, however considering to just play offstream from now. One of my league of legends smurf accounts is 900 exp away from level 30 though! Gonna head to downtown for a bit to get a bite to eat and just walk around/socialize a bit.
I should have jammed flop, however was scared of monsters under the bed + was too shallow to cbet 1/3 by flop, turn + river kept on going worse and worse. How to horribly play AA right over here
Hey 2p2, it's been a long time without an update for my PGC -- I've been grinding quite a bit outside of school, and currently, I'm now playing 200NL/NLZ! My bankroll at the moment is just under 11K, however I'll be withdrawing ~4K so I can maybe start playing some live NLHE again. I think after improving my own mental health, I've found myself improving at the game in terms of both aggression, and postflop navigation/intuition. Going to separate my "life roll" from my online/live "poker bankroll" from now on.
I will try to update this PGC more often (kind of like a new year's resolution), with both live and online hands. However given that I'm currently taking 17 credits full of math/science courses, I cannot guarantee this availability

Hating the session currently, will update later - was planning on finishing up calc 2 HW today but I guess it may not be happening, gonna grind this one out tonight and battle
Holy **** I did it...grinded nonstop for half the day and got out of a $1K+ downswing. Gonna take a break by closing down all cash tables for a bit and playing the two MTT's I have remaining. Card catcher is probably missing out on a decent # of hands though. Now to finish up my calc homework...
I did it mom get the camera (4.6K hands & red line lol)
Still have the Lucky Sevens MTT
Random hands while grinding
Tnx for dono
Yea I'm not paying off 14/10/2 over 150 hands on Ignition, still a **** spot tho
