1 thing I know for sure. Raising would be bad here. I even think the best play here would be to fold. Board paired and you have "only" a 9-hi flush. He has a fh or a flush here. With what hand would he donk river that u beat? TT..? Don't think so. His half pot bet makes it hard though.

Edit: forgot about the 7. He could do this with 7x indeed. A7-T7 he would play like that.. I think it is a slight call, but raise-jaming all-in would be too optimistic.
