Next spot its tricky too,cos i play ip vs a reg and i try get the maximum value from that kind of hands vs them.So,he steal 30% from there witch not very often i think,also i know that he fold a lot and he will 4 bet me or fold cos he know me and he dont want play oop vs me on a 3 bet pot.I will be very aggressive,that is what i think,he think about me!So i flat and i tink its fine.I will give him top 30%

Check! You´re never getting anything you beat to fold and surely not betting for value unless he is superbad. Against a tightish player could be advocated to fold turn, but seems fine to go call/call aswell.
