2024: Going for 200,000 BP on WPN and 1000 Subscribers on YouTube

2024 is the year I'm going to put a ton of focus into two things outside of work. Poker and YouTube. I do not create poker content, but I have a few channels where I create AI history and other forms of content that I'd like to reach monetization. My YouTube shorts are averaging about 5000 views each and after 2 weeks we have 37 subscribers and they take me a few minutes each to make.
I have been good at two forms of poker in my life, Heads Up and Full Ring. I've been a slight loser to break even at 6max, but huge winners at the other two forms. I know that full ring has been quite dead online, but enough still runs on WPN so, we're going to play almost every stake in order to get enough tables running. Right now we're playing 10NL - 50NL 6-12 tables. With most of that coming at 25NL or 50NL for now. During peak hours I can get enough tables going and I feel like the FR games are WAY softer than Blitz and 6max games.
I'm making a pretty costly mistake if I don't make at least 200,000 BP's because I have a WPN account that was grand fathered when BCP was purchased many years ago from Merge network and moved to WPN. That account has 35% rakeback flat. I need to reach at least 200k BP to match that, but I think I can do better than that while putting up a 5bb/100+ winrate at 25 - 50NL FR.
However, the reason I'm doing this is to give myself a goal to work for. I started playing again after black friday during COVID and have struggled to get myself to sit down and grind. I find that when I have something to work towards, I'm able to be more consistent in my routine. I need something besides just winning money as a goal I guess. If I meet these goals, the money will come, no problem.
I've been playing these games for awhile and feel like I have an edge on most of the players that still play nit ring. I was a 3x super nova on Stars back in the day grinding 24 tables. In my 40's I'm good at about 12 for now. We'll be going for mid tiers of beast every week as well.
