I play for 4 hours today and 4k hands.Running very bad and lose some big pots i was cooler like KK vs AA pre all in but its ok.I will try play more hands tomorrow.

This is was a BIIIIIIIGGGGGG session,i play for ten hours
9K hands NL2 normal and zoom NL5 zoom but the most of hands is from nl5 normal 12tables.I was breakeven for 7k hands lol,and try to adjust to ss fish and regs.I stars play more aggro and loose post flop IP and bluff some guys when imo they will fold a lot.

I think this is less hands i can play,i dont play 6 hours per day yet cos have some problems.But its good sample and imo i can win that game.I am very happy because I worked hard and my labors rewarded.

Today that is Monday I will play at all.I will sit and rest and watch a movie and I will play some PES2013 with my friends.I have neglected my girlfriend all this time and I think that she doesn't like that much,lol.
Next month I have gained the right to play a Freeroll with 10.000 people because I am a gold member at Pokerstars and I shall try to prepare for that because it isn't my game,the prizes are 100.000 $ and this will be the biggest I have ever played,my goal is to win it,okay not really,my goal is to enter the prizes and after that anything goes.

Simongibbs,i do not quite understand you but we all must improve our mental game.
We spend too many hours trying styd about 3 bet /4 bet/c bet/bluff river..... but we still fish AT MENTAL.Too many ppl are regs on poker and fish at mental.
Gordon's course will help you to steal or resteal opponents,how c bet or value beting.
Cheaper way for micro its blackrain79,he play abc never bluff the fish and crush the micros.

In my opinion players at nl2 nl5 witch i play,cant realize when there hand is strong and when its crushed.So study the equity vs range and the job done!

At nl2 i never try to bluff,only c bet and am done.I mean your hand's equity vs a range of opponent's hands.
Suppose you are button and pick up KK,UTG nit 11/11 open x3bb.All folds and action to you,If he dont understand the position he will open 11% Independent position.Your hand is way better from hands that he open,KK vs 11%=73-26.So you must reraise him for value,you both 100bb and blinds fold to your 3 bet 9xbb.Now UTG flat call you and flop came A2Q

Now if he 4 bet AA,KK, call with QQ,JJ,AK and fold all the other hand your KK crushed.You had 73% equity pre flop and now you have 9%.You must fold,If you c bet its as a bluff cos nothink worst call my.I know KK its sexy but next hand waiting for you!

You use pokerstove to calculate opening ranges? Also how do you manage to do the calculations while playing? Do you use any software while playing apart from hud

You dont need apart fron hud,hud will give you all the information you need.But when he say you that player 3 bet 3 % you must know what hands are they.I must know 3% = AA,KK,QQ,AK so when a player 3 bet 3% you can play only better hands.For that pokerstove will help you.Do some calculations.
