Decided to attempt reposting into my thread after freeq telling me to xD
Thought id start of by comparing the goals i made in this thread to where i am now, the main reason i stopped posting was cus i had a big downswing, 6k BE patch (25cev) and it took a toll on me, this was like 1.5 months of just ****. But as always when a downswing comes you must work harder than ever on your game, and not just the playing side, also the mental side, and also things like your environment. And since i came out the other side of this downswing things have been going better than ever.
GOALS I SET
-Lose 3 stone currently i am overweight by quite a bit, and one thing i truly believe is your health is the most important thing in life and way more important than money so i am looking to dedicate myself to this aim this year even if it means less grinding
-Reach 500s by 2020
-make $100k
-Meditate everyday
- **** up sleep pattern less regularly
-Smoke less weed

So where are we now?
Weight loss? i lost a stone so far, again its something i sturggled to stick to, gyming alot, eating healthy, but after some work with my mental game coaching and alot of meditation i really found the motivation inside of me to do this. i currently have a PT which costs me £40 a session, and ive been having 3 sessions a week, for 3 weeks now and i really feel the difference, even though it is a fair amount of money to pay, i do it because having someone train you means you do 4x the workout you would do on your own, from my experience anyway. It also stops me coming up with excuses to not go as i have already invested the £40 before hand, so currently im gyming 3 times a week and looking to make it 4 by going once a week by myself. just need my PT to give me workout plan to do on that fourth day.
Meditate everyday:::: Not everyday but in November i acheived 24 days of meditation which i am super happy with, I love doing this and hope in december maybe i can acheive a 30 day run streak with the headspace app/
Make 100k ev: DONE
! and one month left of year so happy days!

smoke less weed: Donee another thing that i have changed alot in is i hardly smoke anymore, maximum 2-3 times a month, alot of this is down to my top stoner buddy being back at uni, i went and visited him last weekend and we wake and baked for four days straight xD but when i am back home, i just havent smoked at all really. consider i used to smoke everyday pretty much its quite strangee i feel, but i think i have really changed as a person over a last couple months, and just havent had time or felt desire to really smoke weed, i love doing it in a social setting with lots of friends around, but when at home i have no desire and would rather do something more productive with my time, i guess the main problem i see now that i had when smoking alot was difficulty waking up next day sometimes
and also memory loss of what i had studied, instead of learning something and the regression being like a week before i needed to revist the subject again, it was like 2 days while i smoked heavily
and finally, reach 500s by 2020 well as some of you may know i have been playing these for a couple weeks now, one day i just decided **** it im good enough to play these now, its a v similar pool to 5s so why not go for it. Im also a crazy **** and playing them on my own roll of less than 100 bi when i started
fortunately i ran like GOD and have a much healthier BR now, however i have applied to SP to join there ev pool, i saw some results of regs playing like 3k with 40cev at 5s and winning 0 money and i dont like that idea. combined with fact i was below ev at 250s for my entire sample untill i won the 100x and just had the great month i have just had (+80k), im tired of dealing with the real money spins for now, maybe after a few months in SP i will miss the thrill of watching my graph go and down like a Yo-Yo and gamboll it up on my own roll.
