SOOOOOOOOO here I am !

The reason I stopped blogging so often is because I was on the starter's emotional rollercoaster about poker.

But just for enough time to learn a lesson.

I played so much at the start of the month (100 tournaments on 4 tables a day) and I overdosed it. Plus honestly I kinda stopped feeling the risk during the game because of the low stake cause it is for learning only.
I stopped playing and do just some games a day and for the end of the month I learned the lesson.

It's about making my game perfect, not about winning.

I started to listen to good music and just focusing on to play as close as it's possible to perfect.

This is gonna be the goal always!

So here is my January graph:



For this month the goal is to play on $3,50 and to play on 5 tables.
5 tables seems scary to me cause when I tried it with 6 once the tables were too small and I prefer if I see them all in the same time. But I will figure it out I'm sure!

Two days ago I started to play on $3,50 and I really enjoy it!!!!!! It feels the same when I first started to play for real money on 1 table!

I'm really excited and way more focused during the whole session on this stake, I'm really happy for playing again!

What happened to us is that my sister's family were in town so we checked out some places with them!

We showed them one of the nicest decorated restaurant:

I really like that you use pictures in the posts it makes it easier to read. What is your screen name maybe we can watch you sometimes!

It's nice to see that you are a positive girl but moving up stakes when you can't beat the smallest stake possible even though you spend probably 10x more time than your opponents studying seems weird to me.

I think this thread shows that you can't just become a poker player as easy as the days when I started.

Maybe change your game type to tournaments or fixed limit?

The reason why I moved up on stakes because we feel based on my play that I'm good enough so it's +EV.

On the $1,5 I learned hopefully enough well some mental lesson about variance because the amount of games I played so far is not enough to prove anything even if I would be crushing cause it's just 1300 games.


My goals gonna be the following 3 things:

1. increase volume
2. the most profitable edge
3. mental toughness.

Also it's important to know that my blog is not a bankroll builder challenge.

It's more beneficial for me to start getting used to bigger swings than to prove than I can make 700 dollars at the $1,5 stake.

As a person who never played poker before I have to be prepared to swing thousands of dollars to play at even the $15 level and I want to be ready for it when I get there.

About my screen name I'm still shy but if I get to the level I plan to without doubt I will share!

Sorry for being late just we went to Vienna for some days and as we came home I got the flu so now I'm enjoying the sweet effect of 38-39 degrees fever. As I get better I post immediately!!

Yeah he is a great guy and a great 6max player! I'm thankful that I can learn from him almost every day!

To be patient is the hard part, not really the learning part bc I like to learn new things and train my brain. He said I got way better and there is a big improvement from where I came. In February I was very sick for weeks cause of the flu and I missed out almost the whole month and I was afraid that I forgot a lot but now when I started to play again and he watched me playing he was very proud of me

In poker hope is the important part and I gotta search for it all the time on this road till I get there and probably after it too

James told me when you asked him if we would visit you and we plan to take trips in the future, especially when it's cold here, so thank you for your invitation, we will live with it!

Nice thread WH. I noticed your post about the evoluent mouse - since you used one what can you tell me about pro's of this one? i have a pretty nice logitechs already but would be willing to upgrade if something was super awesome. Anyway GL in your poker journey

I think it's amazing, super comfortable, since I use this one my wrist didn't hurt at all. Before I had always some problems and pain. For me it wasn't but for some of my friends it's difficult to get used to it, but I'm pretty sure anyone can get used to anything, so I think in every way it's just better than a normal mouse. I'm not sure that u can change the speed of it, but I might be wrong.

I would say evoluent mouse is for those people who have pain problems cause of their normal mouse.

The last pro is: it's super cool to click with it!

It's been a while!

To summarize February: it sucked for me. Bc of my sickness I couldn't achieve the things I wanted so some of my poker friend (Patrick Leonard ) suggested to make a challenge for March.

SO my challenge for March is:

I'M GONNA STREAM 5 TIMES A WEEK WHEN I PLAY POKER.

Why?
1. it keeps me more focused as I'm gonna talk what I'm doing
2. it gives me motivation to wanna sit down and play a lot
3. people can see my game and can give me advice which can make me better
4. it spices up my work
5. i need motivation
6. why not?

I didn't think anything bad, I know you are nice, James told me and I don't forget!

This is a good question, I got on a bad sleeping schedule again and I went to bed yesterday at noon so today I woke up at 8PM but it's not really working well for me so first I will try to force myself for a more normal schedule and I plan to play from like 10PM (it's 6 hours later here than where u r so it would be 4PM on the east coast of the USA) but honestly I have no idea yet, but I will definitely post it here if I know when I'm gonna play and I will record my sessions, and they will stay for 16 days. I will write into the title if I know when I'm gonna play. In some days my goal is to make the streamings in a fix time.

Today I plan to stream in 1,5 hour cause I don't wanna just miss a day cause of bad timing but I plan longer sessions, like 5-6 hours or as long as it's possible which requires early start (yeah).
