Hello everybody, this is my first poker blog and I am really excited to get started.

My name is Jakub, I am a 19-year old guy from the Czech Republic. I have always been intrigued by games. I was playing League of legends (Challengeron East Server 1 year ago). I hope that I can be good in poker as well. I have been playing poker for 5 months. Few week ago I was finally playing NL5, but it is not going well.

After few days which I was trying to find another format like SNG, MTT. I have decided to play CG 6-max. But this time I will be using motivation stuffs like blog, stream and friends. So I'm gonna play ZOOM tables on PokerStars. I'm using w34z3l ranges and PokerTracker4.

My draem is by able to life from poker and webdesign. Of course I'd like travel across the world.

If anybody is intersted or just want to help me motivated me I will be so happy! I can post the hands time to time.

why play zoom ? regular tables are generally softer because you can table select. how many tables do you play . implication from 1st post is that you are aiming to play 35k hands in a week.Implication from that is that you are probably playing far too many tables and not thinking about how you play hands and its quite robotic .

You are right. I'm gonna play less hands and focus on game much more!

I took two days off without poker. I was talking with my poker buddy. He is on holidays in Thailand. He gave me a lot of advices and inspiration.

I have decided what is gonna be my main motivation. The biggest goal is living in Thaliand and playing poker like a pro. We would like to next year move to Thaliand together. Every day is count so do my best every day withour mercy.

I was playing on PokerStars but I guess that move on 888 site gonna be much more better for my winrate.

Does anybody experience with poker888 against pokerstars?

Today I was just working to the job. Tomorrow I'll be play.

I haven't even made my first stellar payment yet this year on stars .started playing my current site on march 23 and made it to 725e in just over 2 months having made no deposits at all ,and took a shot at 25nl and went down through move down limit . there are far easier sites to make money at at the micros than stars and the rewards at 888 are pretty bad for microstake players.

First day on 888 looks pretty good Need 10$ for first shoot nl5.

I have good news. Today was awesome day. At the first because I'm on nl5 and the second is because I have a save bankroll!

I had a lot of work like a webdesigner so I played i littbe bit. There is first 500 hands.


Nl5 seems much mort softer then nl2. I dont know how it's possible. Tomorrow I can't play to much but in few days I'll be trying to make some money and also improve my game.

finally I'm on my poker journey. I wasnt playing to much today, because I was chilling and hanging out with my friends. But stil I was able to play 2k hand on nl5.

I think that change software site was a freaking good decision what I can made! There is overall graph from 888.



In future days I'd like improve my volume. I found on the Twitch.tv a guy which is streaming and explaning game. He is so good so I'd like watch every single stream what he gonna make. I feel happy about this blog, because there are really lot a good people.

At end of day post. I'm sorry about my English. But in September I'm going on ILC house (english school something like university) and I'll be learning mainly English. My goal is make FCE B in one year. I belive that I can be able to see my improvment on this blog too.

looks like you are breakeven at 5nl now combining stars and 888. keep it up . have you earnt much in the way of rewards on 888?

Yes, you're right. I'm BE.. I took a lot of rake from Stars (I won every single satelit so i made about 80$ on rake). On 888 I cleared just one 10$ rewards.
