Life changing decision
It's been a while since last update and I haven't got any big poker updates because I wasn't really in the mood to play. I decided to break up with my gf after 8 years which was a very hard decision. I feel bad and sad both, but I think this is the best decision. The good thing is that we can still act normal and figure out together all these things in a nice way, but it's still really sad to see her this way. I just couldn't do it anymore..

I might update on poker later, because I hope to play a few hands this weekend

It is. And we did, indeed.
Now we are figuring out how to take care of all these things. I am trying to get the house on my own, a decision we agreed on. It feels right for her to let me live here, because she can't afford and we both don't want to sell it. It's gonna take some time before we can arrange all these things, but at least we agree on a lot of stuff and can still talk normal.

Updates on Aussie:
I booked my flight back on the 4th of March (if I remember correctly lol ). I fly back from Sydney, so I only need to buy another ticket from Brisbane to Sydney. But I probably fix it there, no pressure

Almost over: Eargasms
The year is almost over and this is one of my last posts for the year. I haven't been updating recently, mainly because I had some other stuff to do. I decided I want new furniture, so I bought a bartable instead of a normal dinner table. Now I'm alone I'm mostly having dinner with my laptop Switching between sitting and standing is pretty decent.

I also fixed some things for Australia, like a bycycle tour for Bangkok (yea I know this is Thailand ) for the days I'm there.

2016 in a nutshell
So, this thread is done when we check the topictitle. 2016 is over and overall I feel I had a great year, despite ending the year without my gf. I still feel right about my decision, but it's still a hard one.

As for poker we didn't play as much as planned through the year, but it doesn't really matter to me. I had a blast playing 50z all year and made a few bucks in the end. Bucks that I'm gonna spend in Australia, one of my other decisions of 2016. About this one I feel really well and I'm really looking forward to it. It's only 3 weeks left before I leave, so I'm getting a little nervous too 6 weeks on my own looks nice, but the first days are probably a little weird..

I've decided to cash out a big chunk of my roll, so I'm probably gonna start 2017 grinding 25z again. Not a big deal, because I think I'm probably playing even less than last year. It's even possible that I might quit in the end. Since I'm single I'm really spending more time with friends, which is a bit more important than poker.

Last weekend was a blast, went to a big party @30dec with Tale of Us, Maceo Plex and Richie Hawtin. The only problem was that my expectation for ToU and Maceo were a little too high, so I didn't enjoyed it much as possible. But Richie did a great job

I'm not sure if and when I start a new blog, maybe before Australia (so I can try to write my experiences every now and then) or maybe after. Not sure.
