Absolutely hate techno tbh. NEED lyrics in my music. No matter how cheesy or stupid they may be.

It's just what I've always played. It's also way easier to get a seat at a fr table than a 6max table if you don't have/use a script and hate zoom.

To me, it seems like sessions are boring (??) without it but that way of thinking undermines whole going-pro-with-poker thing, as is it is actually supposed to be boring for most of the time
Yea, just got to try and go cold turkey again.

Probably is better, yeah. Although he is raising 40% of flops over a 20 hand sample so I think we'll have a good amount of fold equity.

I've noticed that in 3! pots on those low low boards like 723tt or boards with no overcards ppl usually got 1/2 pot+ but if it's like Qxx or 1 over and 2 low cards 1/3 size is usually preferred?

                                  Also very nice month!

Would you care to elaborate on your grinding routine in detail? If you already did let me know.

                                  Enjoy your winning day
I did adjust the session pause length. It's at 6 hours, so that my daily graphs can be shown in one session, no matter how long my breaks are.

I usually get up at 9am-11am UK time and I usually usually start working at about 15:00. Before then I shower/breakfast, read 2p2, study some German, check out YouTube/skype updates and look at some hand histories from the previous day.

AJ call by villain isn't that bad vs someone that is bluffing enough
Vs population it's a disaster ofc, from what I saw it would be bad vs you, since I suppose you're check-calling AQ/AJ OTR, right?

Ahh gee! I discovered Hawaiian last summer for the first time and it's now part of my favorites! Pineapple is top fruit imo.

Hey thanks for the compliment . Fwiw, I don't try hard as much as I used to. Before, I would cut out every bread out of diet and absolutely no dessert what so ever.

Now, I just stay away from chips, fries, ice cream, bread (once a day is fine tho), juice and alcohol.

All I drink is water, no coffee or anything else. Will drink some tea in the evening every now and then though.

As for food, I don't eat as much as I used to. Basically, since last summer, I've been doing some intermittent fasting. I've been eating one meal/day lately and it's been at night.

Usual routine is wake up at like 1-2pm, grind till 9pm, go to the gym from 9:30pm till 11pm (if no gym day, I usually go play hockey or tennis instead), comeback, shower, eat, then 2+2, PIO, netflix, and then gg at 4am.

As for my meals, I like eating lots of veggies (carrots, celery, cucumber, broccoli) and a main meal like spaghetti or lasagna or chicken w rice or steak w baked potato or eggs and bacon.

Then, I eat a small dessert (chocolate or cookies), a yogourt, and fruits (pineapple, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, orange, w/e my mom buys).

It's a big meal, but it's my only meal of the day.

If i'm still hungry after PIO sesh, I eat cereals.

And yeah, not been going to fast foods/mcdonalds for the last 5-6 years or so ( I mayyyyyyybe go once a year).

But yeah, if you want more details abt the intermittent fasting diet I'm using, ask me on skype. Been mostly using it because I hate eating when waking up (not hungry) and hate having to take breaks from grind in middle of the day to eat and then having to go back to the grind.

Training every second day btw, used to train 4 out of 5 or 5 out of 6 but it was becoming too much of a drag so fcuk it.

                                                              Hope this helps

                                                              Great post.

I always have porridge, an apple and a cup of coffee in the morning. Then I have 4 () slices of bread. 2 slices with peanut butter and the other two with jam. I may have a banana with it as well.

Then I'll have whatever my mother makes for dinner. Luckily for me, my mother is really into fitness/running so it's usually fairly healthy stuff. Pasta with broccoli and spinach, baked salmon and rice ect...

I had the habit of drinking 3-4 cups of tea with biscuits a day, but I've cut that down drastically over the last few weeks. I also think I could try going without coffee for a while. So I may try and commit to that sometime soon.

I don't need a lot of variety in my diet, but I don't want to try fasting right now, because I definitely can't grind on an empty stomach.
