Thanks for the input guys, but the coffee is really suppressing my hunger throughout the morning/afternoon and Greg says that's it's not only fine but he advises it and his customer's results speak for themselves

Not happy with this at all. Was too much of a nitty gimp to pile because regs x/c all their overpairs in a spot like this. Probably saved myself $228 this time but it's not an excuse to x back bottom range when he has some busted diamonds and A high give ups in his range.

I think KQ is a hand he can likely play like this. And given how the 100nl population plays it's not exactly a snap call vs my perceived jamming range which will look a lot like AK,KK and AA to him. He never has a straight or a boat on the turn and if he has trips I still have 25%

Yea, no politics for me anymore. It was a little hard to give it up at the start but now I couldn't care less about it. If something big happens like a snap election or a second EU referendum is called then I might get back into it, but other than that it's just a waste of time when I've got money to make and books to read.

                    More poker and more study

Don't know if I put more hours in on the tables or not, but there was definitely more studying done.

Wake up between 8am and 9am everyday

Complete fail. Although I did wake up between 8am and 9am about 18 days of the month I would guess

Zero Ice-cream, chocolate, sweets or fast food.

There was a few slices of Pizza here and there but absolutely no ice-cream, chocolate, cakes or candies so I'm happy with that.

Complete Exercise routine at least 22 days out of 30

                    22/30 days exactly

Make an effort to greatly improve my German grammar and not just vocab

Just passively watched a few vids on Youtube but learned quite a bit from that. Want to up my game even more in July though.

Make £1000 from the side hustle

                    Absolutely crushed this one!

Finally get the blog up and running

Got to give myself a half point here because the blog is live, there's just no content on it yet

                    Get those hands imported?

Just been to focused on other things to sit down and spend the time doing it.

Poker was meh this month. Going to try and play more 400nl in July

Will update with my July goals next!

Had my second driving lesson today and it went fine. My instructor says that If I just keep up 1-2 lessons a week I will pass the test by the end of the year, which would be ideal.

Going to really try and make tomorrow a really productive day! Going to hit a big milestone on Duolingo too!

The White Rose is a really good read, the Nazi resistance movement from inside Germany during WWII is a pretty fascinating story and def one that not nearly enough people know of.

One whole year, baby! Obviously not a fluent speaker yet, but I will get there! I've got so much of the fundamentals sussed now, and I know all I'll need to transform my level of fluency into fully conversational (the end goal) will be to keep practising for 30-45mins a day as I have been doing for the past year. And I'm sure skyping with some German poker guys or trying to hook up with one of the six German girls that live in Scotland will help give me an extra experience boost along the way

He has a higher than average fold to 4bet over a decent sample and I think it's good to flat AA and KK there ~10% of the time to protect your peeling range.

Really enjoying this thread. And you play way above my level, but inspiring stuff. Keep it up!

Can I ask what is it with a lot of very small CBís in hands at these levels. Example the KK overpair above?

Can I ask what is it with a lot of very small CBís in hands at these levels. Example the KK overpair above?

Such a big fist pump when you call regs down in these sports and win.

Really horrible spot vs one of the best regs at 200fr. Think with the fish in the pot he's so weighted towards sets and AdXd that I can justify folding.

Didn't really play poker today, but I did spend a couple hours doing some pio work and running a few filters in my db.

Also I knew I said I wasn't following politics anymore but something very big has just happened and I think there's now a good chance there will be a General Election by the end of the year. If something like that is announced then I will get back into it. As for now though, I will just spend a few minutes over the next few days reading about the aftermath of the Davis resignation.

Was in Glasgow yesterday, for my routine haircut. Went to Kcal Kitchen after it and got myself some chicken and rice that was much nicer than the chicken and rice that I'm eating 3-5 times a week at home

The peppers were amazing, The juiciest and most flavourful I can ever remember having. The side of mashed sweet potato on the other hand, was pretty awful. It wasn't fluffy like mashed potato should be, but more like a paste/puree, and I couldn't bring myself to finish it.

I also got a protein shake containing peanut butter, oats, banana, strawberries, vanilla protein and milk.

It was a great day out and when I got home I got to watch England get eliminated from the World Cup so it was quite possibly the best day of the year so far.

I didn't grind at all last night, but now I'm fresh, recharged and once again on a reasonable sleep schedule to get back at it!

Biggest problem I'm having is breaking too soon and or stalling the car before I get to the end of a road, I'm sure muscle memory will start to work it's magic soon enough though.

Is there a reason you 3b the 89s to $17? I expect the cold 4 to be slightly less likely to be light since your 3! Sizing was so big. At 100bb deep the call is going to struggle a lot. 89ss benefits a lot from initiative, think we just have a pretty clear fold.
