Will be posted at the end of the month, son.

Went into Glasgow for a haircut today, so I only managed 2000 hands instead of the 3k-4k I'm usually shooting for these days.

Got some lunch from Prep Fitness Kitchen as well, never been there before, but I'll definitely be back!

This is chicken breast, red peppers, red onions in a in a smoked paprika and chilli sauce with sweet potato on the side.

It had 357 calories, 22 grams of protein, 10 grams of carbs and 25 grams of fat (according to the menu)

I don't really know what any of that means exactly as i'm not counting anything day to day but I can tell what healthy food is when I see it and that definitely was. I also got a banana and peanut butter protein shake to wash it down and it was amazing!

Saw that bulletproof coffee was also on the menu and I couldn't help but get one to go before I left. I had no idea what to expect as I'd never had one before, but it tasted funny to me, not really tasty at all. But I think I would get it again though, because it did make me feel super alert and energised. Just as people say it does.

Definitely recommend all my Scottish bros who read this thread to check it out! Especially if you live in the G.

Bulletproof coffe is gold, but to have all the benefits try taking It in the morning without any carbs. Just coffe + butter + coconut oil. Best breakfast ever, when you get hungry you eat some carbs, but teu having Just the bulletproof for a few hours.

love to know the reasoning behind that aqo shove

Don't think I can have it regularly because I can't find grass fed butter anywhere in my town.

He was a really agro fish who 3bets the bb vs btn open like 40% over a decent sample. He hates folding to 4bets and is capable of making a punt bet otf.

Volume was low today, but I ran pretty well and made some $$$ with the side hustle. Weight dropping too. I am 5"9 and I weighed 154lbs om May 31st and now I'm 146!

After my daily 1.5 mile run today I ate some protein pancakes (1 banana, a scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 egg and 25g of rolled oats for the batter) with some Greek yogurt and fresh blueberries and raspberries on top. Then for dinner I made myself a bacon omelette and had an avocado to go with it. Then to fill my stomach tonight I had a small bowl on mixed berries with more Greek yogurt on top.

^^^^^ I've been eating a similar amount of food to that since the 1st of June. What do the nutrition guys who read this thread think?

I also have 1 cup of coffee and 1 cup of tea on average/day. The rest of my liquids are just plain tap water or tap water with amino acids mixed in.
      06-15-2018 , 07:55 PM
      Seems like not enough food.

Also, 10x coffee/day is more GTO.

      GL bro.

Why would you want to drop from 11 stone ?

Im 5'9 and i find my ideal weight to be just over 12st if im running and doing a little bit of weights.

Im all for eating healthy but not to the point your unnecessary losing weight.

I have legs like a sparrow and a bit of a belly. I am not trying to get big and juicy, but more toned and lean.

Absolutely hate measuring things in kg. I'm all about those ounces and lbs!

Nice post bro, thanks! Wish more people would run hands I post itt into pio. Been too lazy to do it myself recently

Think I played really well except at 200 today which cost me ~$500

Also, anyone else having problems with the 2p2 HH converter? Doesn't seem to be working for me.

Made some solid German grammar gains tonight though!

        06-18-2018 , 07:46 PM
Going to start intermittent fasting for the rest of the month tomorrow. Will Just drink black coffee and water with or without amino acids for the first 5-6 hours that i'm awake. I expect to look exactly like Gregory O'Gallagher by July 1st.

HH converter still appears to be broken?
        06-19-2018 , 08:00 PM
HH converter still ****ed it seems. Shame because there was some sick hands from this session.

Guys, if we play the same games, don't make comments about the blog at the tables, please. I don't want recs to search for it and find out about 2p2 and everything else. And also I want to concentrate on playing hands and not reading feedback for the blog or whatever.

So please, feel free to say whatever itt but cut out the table chat because I will ignore it from now on.
        06-20-2018 , 05:25 PM
It's more important to skip eating before going to bed. That allows your body to rest well. Sleep is uninterrupted rest so the benefits are higher (than being awake).
Just have to get used to the feeling of going to sleep with an empty stomach.
But yeah with coffee you can easily skip 2-3 hours not eating

Have you ever heard of Kinobody?

I'd like to hear from the big fitness guys on 2p2 and here if this guy's the real deal or not.

Got pokersnowie today, so I'll be mucking around with that tonight to see how it works. Would really like to get back into the habit of putting an hour into off table work every day, because it's been so long since I've done that for a decent stretch of time.
        06-21-2018 , 03:42 PM
No I don't know that guy. Telling people you can get ripped by eating candy bars seems like the ultimate con-job though :P
The best way to get ripped is just to get your ass to the gym consistently and make the effort.
The fasting thing is good though
        06-22-2018 , 07:09 PM
Really struggle with spots like this. Think most regs overbluff river in spots like this, because mist people never hero one pair hands. Obviously river is really nice but it's easy to be exploited if i'm folding everything else.

Really productive day for me. Woke up, did a ~2 mile job, did a little bit of weight lifting, then I worked on the side hustle for a bit. Spent some time in the lab, grinded for a bit, did my daily German lessons, watched some football and then grinded some more. Really happy with that and I'm hoping I can pull off a near identical day tomorrow!

Fwiw you're not truly fasting if you're drinking black coffee. Nutritionist Dr Rhonda Patrick mentioned in her JRE podcast that even black coffee activates certain enzymes that break the fast.

I had a similar experience with black coffee and IF. I can see and feel a difference drinking only herbal tea/water during the fasting window, did two trials with it. I seem to get much leaner without coffee during the fasted period.

Tbh just drink water if you're not training hard or exherting much energy while fasted. If training fasted you should drink water with sodium and potassium chloride, otherwise you'll piss out electrolytes. If you're doing 6-12 hour eating window it probably doesn't matter much though.
