Played a little bit last night and it went well.





Yesterday I went into Glasgow, got my haircut, and then I went and got one of these



Strawberry milk flavour tea with the customary tapioca balls. I went into a state of absolute euphoria when those little chewy balls of heaven started sliding though that fat draw and onto my tongue. Just too good, boys.

Then I headed over to the Pentagon Centre to sit my theory driving test.

Still over the moon that it's finally done, a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders now. Now I start cracking out some good volume on the tables to end the month.

On that KQ hand it's the easiest fold in the world imo. Fish are usually face up, they're capable of semibluffing some OTF/OTT, but expecting a fish to show up with an airball check-raising the river in a 3-bet pot in a board that hits your range well is quite optimistic. If he is a very aggro fish, ok, but vs a regular one, like those 30/10 vpip semi-fish, that river call is very bad.

Some fish love to slowplay too, you can't expect a fish to play exactly like you do, even on that board he could have slowplays. OTR we would be in a tough spot with JQ, imagine tpgk.


On the AJ hand, do you expect villain to fold 2-pair there in a 3-bet pot? How many JT do you check the turn with? Sure you can have some AK too, but villain can still have AQ/AK/KK/JT which won't fold, he has some KQ that can fold, but you need to have a sick read that villain is capable of laying down very strong hands for a cheap price. I think it's not a good idea to expect people to fold very strong hands, since even if you're a nit, people are curious and like to call. That spot OTR is quite underbluffed imo, which gives some merit to your play, but if you think villain is never bluffing or valuebetting worse(reason why you decided to turn your hand into a bluff), why not just fold?

In order to that play be +EV, villain should have to fold all KQ and a good portion of his AQ.

You're lucky I don't block for that.

I'll give $25 to the next 10 posters itt if I play less than 83,333 hands in March. (This freeroll will be void if stars decide to change how reg tables run with an introduction of easyseat or something to that effect)



I can't think of any other freeroll to put up this month, as I doubt I'll be doing much other than grinding fo a while as the weather right now in Scotland is really bad. Snow everywhere, you know? Domino's were doing collection orders only ffs!

If I do think of some other short term goal I really want to achieve I will put some more money up though.


Also, I'm sure I'm in the minority here, but I'm very happy that they've killed off Carl in TWD. All the children in the show, except Judith (yet) have annoyed me greatly. So glad they're almost all dead now.
