To be honest I'm not going to post much at this time, if at all.

I am still in the hyperbolic time chamber, and will be for another 3 months or so.

The idea was just to start the thread, and come back to it when I feel like it.

Simply starting a new thread gives me new perspective on what I want it to look like.

Even I, the actual OP of Vol I, have a hard time differentiating between the real me and the troll me. At the end of the day, a person has many faces. I probably have collected more than the average person. (lol)

The fact remains that most readers of these threads are not going to ever consistently play 1KNL. And they, unlike me, don't have any experience in actually creating pedagogically sound methodologies for improvement in real world applicable ways either for themselves or for others. That was my forte for around 15 years within the realm of classical piano. Part of improving is being good enough to realize what you don't know but also realizing how to get better and learn the things you don't know. If you don't yet know what you don't know, it's hard to improve. And if you do know what you don't know, not everyone understands how to bridge that divide. I have extensive experience in this.

Considering some months I actually didn't grind - And some months I was way too focused on just grinding to make profit instead of allowing 3 or 4 hours a day of intense studying - The creation and application of methodology to perfect areas of the game tree I was uncertain about took a massive hit.

Within the next 3 months however, these applications of methodology will be expanded upon and refined in a way that focuses mostly on quality over quantity. To visualize equities and ranges fully on multi street run outs, and understanding how each and every different possible turn + riv card that hits effects both mine and my opponents ranges - and to visualize precisely what the villain's continuing ranges will be at any given time on any flop, turn, riv, etc

So all in all, out of the 15 months or so I was in Thailand, only about 6-8 of those did I really bunker down and put in the quality of study I always knew was necessary. And since then not only have I realized I could have done more and better even within those 6-8 months - but now I am beginning to more fully appreciate and understand how solver work can assist in this, especially now my goals are to push into 200NL and far beyond.

As for any perceptions of how others view me, it's simply easiest if I am just agreeable and accept they aren't interested in having a genuine discussion and coming to a resolution in their thinking - because 2+2 is visceral, instinctual, animalistic, brutish - not logical, rational, balanced, refined. I am all of these things but now I wish to evolve more to the latter - and then in 2 or 3 years I can again start intercepting lost hookers and luring them back to my rape dungeon to appease the former.

Never berated OP, just stated it seems like a waste of his time to spend hours arguing with people over the internet while not even posting any poker-related content for 10+ pages at a time. If I'm bored or in need of extra stimulus I'll just take a shower, nap, exercise, stretch, create new meal plans/recipes, do extra theory/study, watch you tube poker content, or most likely bring up some stupid random kongregate free idle game to have something to do in the background.

Idle games are actually pretty nice bc it gives you short spurts of diversion without investing countless hours into facebook political arguments, or watching entire seasons of netflix (the shows usually ****ing suck ass anyway)

Newest Itinerary for the most in depth study possible of 25 hand created textures (adding in extra paired boards, mono flops)





I will continue with this itinerary until I complete all 25 flops from Blinds vs BTN | BTN vs CO | BB vs SB positions. Each vivisection may take upwards of 4 to 5 hours in the beginning but after a few weeks should become more streamlined. If I need to shave off a bit of the itinerary to complete 1 vivisection each day (3 hours or so) I could decide that but I fully expect to take 2 days for each flop texture in the beginning. Sometimes I'll randomize things and choose spots like BTN vs MP or MP vs EP or Blinds vs MP, etc - but mostly focus on the most played positions.

Will also play 30 minutes with GTO+ "Play against the solution" game.

It's perfectly true and accurate to say that OP couldn't beat Bodog micro's after he achieved 4bb over 200k hands mixed between 50NL and 100NL. And yes, I believe you 1,000% that you are a 2KNL crusher on Bodog even though you only have a few posts.

It's also perfectly true that every student in the history of CFP contracts scammed their coach and never was their extenuating circumstances that caused the student to make incredibly difficult decisions to discontinue the contract. As for my friend, he's male and he's Brazilian and he grinds 100NL on a different site and is in his own CFP program. We've been poker study friends for 3 years and know each other from our Chico days.

I wouldn't block Netflix OP, imo it's pretty good for background noise if you don't like playing to music or want to switch it up. Just as long as it's something you've already seen before so you're not focused on it. Same thing with studying, I think it can help to put in the hours if you have something playing in the background
