Hello guys.

I'm creating this thread to help me keep more focused on my goals.

I'm 20 years old from Brazil. Used to play NL50 in the past on sites such PartyPoker/Ongame/888. Even thinking i'm a good player, my mental is pretty weak and its been the reason why i can't make a lot of money playing this game.

I'm very anxious, and doesnt have lot of discipline. i can't stick to the plan for more than 15-20 days. If I have a little downswing, worst day of my life. I need to learn how to control this or i will still broking a lot of rolls.

I picked some money i have left on my Neteller (about 130$) and i'm aiming to grind some micros, as i had quit poker 1 year ago.

My plan is start in zNL5 and will use an agressive bankroll managment. 20 bi is enough for me until NL100. i have total confidence in my game for this limits, will try to improve a lot in mental game. Basically:

$130-$200 - zNL5
$200-$320 - zNL10
$320 - $500 - zNL16
$500 - $1000 - zNL25
$1000 - $3000 - zNL50

Every month, if i see i'm beating the current limit, i will boost between 200-300$ for my bankroll. But only if i see i'm better than the field. This will let me get on my goals faster.

Tips for improving my mental game? I already read tons of book and haven't got a decent result. Planning to do theraphy, hoping that works.

I work with accounting in a office from 8am to 6pm, and i attend to university 4 times a week, also have a girlfriend who lives 30km from me. You can see that i don't have a lot of free time to put a good volume. I'm planning play 50-60k hands this month.

June Goals:

[ ] 55k hands
[ ] beat zNL5
[ ] beat zNL10
[ ] start at least one theraphy query for see what is like
[ ] start running (i guess i stay 13 hours a day sitted in a chair lol)

First 2.5k hands (aka one day of grind lolz):

since we were 300bb deep, i think its fine 3bet flop for being the agressor post flop. hated the river, but there's no way we can fold right?

Guess who beated zNL5 in 3k hands? lol

Running good and the limit is pretty soft. Hope to find a lot of more "regs" on zNL10 but i think i can beat too in less than 20k hands.

with those 200$ i will let me take a 5 bi shot on zNL10, anything less than 150$ its a movedown

        some hands of today's session:
