Hi guys. I'm a long time lurker and first time poster. I finally decided to sign up and start posting as I felt it would help me improve my overall game and will set me on the right path to achieve my goals.

My name is Chris and i am a 24 year old third year business and marketing student living in the UK who's just about to enter my final year at university. I have played poker for about 5 years but never really taken it seriously. I am predominantly a micro stakes MTT player. I am around $2,000 in profit on bovada but I struggle to make big cashes on pokerstars which is where I play all of my poker these days.

I invested in HM2 around about 6 months ago and have seen my game improve a lot. I am looking to really focus on my game now and make the push to become a better player. I have a subscription to runitonce and I have started watching twitch streams a lot to help my overall game.
My goal is to eventually become a consistent winner and make a small side income from poker. I am not looking to far in to the future at the moment and am only focused on becoming better each day and see where things take me.

My main problem is that I don't know anyone who enjoys poker the way I do and non of my friends really take it seriously. I need to find a study group with like minded people who I can talk poker with and share ideas to help further my development. If there is any one out there who would be interested and is at a similar level to me then please feel free to message me.

I play daily, usually about 4 hours a night but once I finish my summer employment in a few weeks I'll be able to play long sessions almost daily.

Thanks guys and good luck at the tables.

Chris
