Being new to the game i just started taking interest in Nov 2014, i have some questions on tournaments live or online. I am wondering how long it will take before i will be able to cash out live or online for a reasonable amount of money? Does it take a few yrs to actually see results? I am basically playing freerolls & $1 $2 and sometimes $5 tournaments with little success . Then again i dont play that often because of my work schedule which might have alot to do with my progression or regression. Another drawback i find playing online tournaments is that they end up taking 4 or 5hrs of my time which is a bit tedious. I assume that cheaper buy in (unlimited as well) has alot to do with it because the more participants the longer they drag out. I also find it quite unusual that the smaller prize pools in conjunction with the $1 $2 buy in attract the most players but probably not the best . Some of these players either have no life, not working, retired or collecting disability if they have that much time on their hands and rewarded with little if any monetary return for time invested
