Just finished one of the best sunday sessions ever. I ran good overall and was A and B gaming the entire day. I still made quite a few mistakes but overall i played pretty good at least as far as my ability goes. So great timing for a score again will be on my way for 2,5 months trip now. This is the beauty of horrible BRM and huge field MTT variance

6th in the bigger 109$ for 8,3k
22nd in the bigger 22$ for 300$
80th in the sunday warmup for 781$

Also cashed in the SM and 44$ PSKO.

I only played 12 MTTs today and stayed focused instead of going 20 tables. Much more enjoyable and finding much more spots.

So i finally got answer from my tracking software and it turned out a ton of tournaments results missing from my database. So i had to use sharscope group to get 100% correct graph.

Turned out i am down 9k on winamax and 888 combined this year although small sample of 500 games.
I believe because there is many different structures and starting stacks + somewhat uncomfortable software, lot of 6 max, 5 minute capped breaks and not auto activate timebank is not great for playing especially not when mass tabling. Ofc all the bad play with tilt, punt and lack of focus in general is the biggest factor lol.

So i`m gonna play less tables from now on especially when i mix in other sites a lot.

On pokerstars the blind levels and such are pretty much ingraved in my memory so its all much easier there.

Will get to play on pokerstars.fr soon which should be great.

Also been changing my sleep schedule so have had 2 days off now exept a few turbo MTTs. Been getting back to study and working with HH with my coach which was a lot of fun and helpful so gonna do that much more from now on.

Have not gotten back to the gym yet but will happen by the end of the week and regularly from then on.

Been a pretty rough week, running pretty damn bad and not playing optimal. Lost a lot of big key pots for big stacks mid-late stages so have had a lot of potential to some big scores. Playing mostly small-mid stakes not going crazy with high stakes like i usually do after a decent score. Also been bombing the last days not cashing a lot. Accidentally cashed out way to much from stars so now i`m left with like 700$ there which does not cover the sunday schedule i want to play. So gonna start now 4 hours before the kickoff and hopefully cash enough to play all i want. Will put more of the volume on winamax and 888 today which is fine.
Can feel I`m about to run like god so gonna be wicked =)

Meh sunday, finished 3rd in a 33$ PSKO early for 1,5k so could play schedule as i wanted. Went deep and semi deep in some tournaments but unfortunately got coolered and took some bad beats for big key pots so results not great but very easily could have been. Been grinding for 14,5 hours straight which is enough :P Up 1,6k today with only big 55$ left now with avg stack (19k). Gonna bink that one (Y)

Overall played good and managed to stay focused for the most part. I am definitely gonna get a better monitor. I play on a 150$ 24" 1920x1080 res and I realised today playing 5 different sites with at least 2 tables on each site it`s very uncomfortable and a bit frustrating. Will see if i can get a "bent" screen or something.... seems like that should be GTO to play on.

I played a few too many tables at one point and i noticed the 6 max tournaments does not suit me unless i have less than 8 tables running. Demand too much attention and cant play as tight as full ring.

Think I`ll take some steps to reduce variance. It`s frustrating with the swings. Building 50-100 or even 200x starting stacks Don`t give you **** $$ in huge fields unless you reach FT and top 5. Better to cash a littlebit and more often than getting a good score every now and then with my roll. Almost went broke too many times :P

Been a horrible week. Lots and lots of final 2-3 tables and taking hit after hit. Several huge pot bustout on nasty beats and coolers most in 50-100$ buy ins. Some for massive chipleads. Just never ending, my all in equity i am running 1200 (!!) BBs under EV just the last 3 days. Results could have been waay different. Really getting super frustrated and losing passion. Gonna go hard tonight and tomorrow and see if this horror continues. It cant get much worse so will see.
If i don`t make some serious $$ i will not be able to go on my 3 months vacation now. That would really bum me out.
Back in the gym but eating a lot of garbage so feel like trash still (Y)

Boom shakka lakka. Just like that got 3rd in 109$ 100k for 10k. Was very close to a safe 2nd and chiplead but certainly not complaining...... What a ****ing relief now I`m not gonna bitch about running bad anymore Will be posting more frequently for run good. Funny how it turns around at the very last moment for like the third saturday night in a row now. Played quite well but certainly some mistakes will let my coach have a look. Right to sleep now and wake up for full looong sunday Now roll is around 13k, back in full business. Gonna keep lower table count, change sites to play on and things will certainly work out better this time. For sure focus more on eating well and keep on going to the gym. Quick update; Bad sunday, just a few min cashes but played quite good. Playing much less tables and actually using my brain (for what its worth ) and looking at every possible play now. As little auto pilot as possible. Hope to "expand my poker mind" (lol) more and more and do a lot much more reviews to give my coach. Taking the day off going to the gym now and gonna spend some hours making notes for some HH also. Gotta keep learning new stuff and implementing while playing. Essential to keep motivation and not losing passion and enjoying the game. Playing 8-15 hour sessions every day is not working out for me clearly. Will try my best (which not that good) to improve my BRM. Def will be lots of shot taking but at least switch to softer and smaller fields. I am OBV very very lucky to still have a roll at all

Eating a bit healthier but still lot of crap and I have been burning out. But going full sunday now probably 15 hours+ run like never before and so on.

Just the worst sunday in every possible way. Bombing everywhere, run pretty damn bad and not playing well from start to finish. Got really over it and just fired up so many 109-300$ MTTs as i busted everywhere to keep table count at min 6 tables up to 10 max. Really a non stop tilt binge chasing losses. Best was 18th in 90$1r 100k for like 750$. Really should not have played today so fuucking stupid all the high stakes and just letting myself go off like that ruining everything losing like 3,5k or something.
Now things about to get rough again, small bankroll, cant buy a new monitor, might have to rent a really cheap ****ty appartment when i go on "vacation" Etcetc.
Now I know even if i was to move down to 10$ AVG buy in I can easily go broke with variance. Plus it can take forever to get some couple of grand that i need asap.
In reality i really need at least 5k ASAP so I`m not sure what to do. Just grind the next few days really hard with bad BRM and hope for a miracle again. At least do small fields and fishy sites.

I went to play 10-12 MTTs with 109-300$ that is not in my schedule this sunday though so quite extreme even for me.
Thing is i want to get a "quick fix" before i go spend 4-5k on new monitor, apartment for 3 months, living expenses + some other expenses. Easiest way for that is a 109-215$ buy in with 1-500 runners VS a 11-22$ with 1-5000 runners :P

Anyways, took monday off playing Counter strike for the first time in years to blow of some steam, literally.
Starting a session now will try to keep it to 11-55$. Gonna listen to elliot roe MP3s before every session.

So this week i have finally been able to take some days off poker. Mostly playing CSS and a bit of study. I have only played 2 short sessions these 6 days which is the most time away from poker in over a year probably. But still when i played i got a bit tilted and easily frustrated and unable to fold several times.
Having this bad BRM is very stressfull and it affects me especially since I know I play 10-20x the buy in levels i should and can easily go broke which would be a disaster for me.

So I want to start "fresh" playing a lot more 5-20$ small fields and throw in around 3 55$ daily + some PSKO 25-50. Because i should have a decent chance of building up my roll as long as i don`t run too bad. So whenever i post graph i will post from this date in addition to year to date. To keep me motivated and "forget" the past. If i bink something i will probably go back to my old ways though :P . But for now I`ll take a chance in small stakes and see where it takes me. Still playing at least SM though. Time to turn this thing around again.

Just for the record i have spent around 5500$ on living expenses from my roll prob 85% of it to my EX GF so I am still up some grand since the challenge started.

Ok the fresh start is starting today lol. I went hard on sunday and fired up several 109$`s as i went deep and had a bigstack in 5 different MTTs but then I took some massive coolers/bad beats for 50-150x starting stack pots and got paid very little. Also got 36th in big 55$ on sat and busted with style for 60bb pot after making a decent mistake few hands earlier for a big pot.

Anyways the "long" break i took with some study has done wonders for my focus and i play better than i have in a long time. So very optimistic ATM. Also enjoy the smaller buy ins a lot especially going deep as there is a ton more spots than in 55-109$.
So today Its monday, new beginning and going to play well and build that roll with small stakes. Only playing the big 55$ and the rest will be 5-22$. still bad BRM but will move furter down as soon as my roll shrinks further. Going broke is not an option.

First day in small stakes land was cool. went on some deep runs and a FT unfortunately ran bad in late stages. However very pleased with the level of play both my own (mostly) and much more the opponents overall. I only played big 55$ as planned and lots of 8-22$. Will do the same tomorrow only try to get a longer session than 8 hours. Also try to avoid the big fields for now other than the biggest ones with all the fish.
Down 200$ overall today so have 2k left.

So day 2 went pretty bad and lost 150$ over the day. Now problem is i keep building stacks and going deep and have busted around final 2-3 tables on several occations and get paid very little cause fields are too big. So today i am gonna play the smallest fields i can find to reduce variance further. Also skipping the big 55$ and maybe most if not all the other bigs and big fields. Had to ship around 400$ to a friend in need so took a big hit there so now i am as close to the big bang. Hopefully i get at least a winning day as reward for better game selection and moving down more than i ever have.

Day 3 I tried to play smallest fields, skipped the big 55$ and most of the 22$`s also. I find it hard to find as small fields as i can be comfortable playing at this point so i still have to put in a decent amount of big fields to keep table count up (max 12 tables).
Getting closer and closer to bankrupt and its really stressfull especially since i really do not have time to play such small stakes cause i need around 4-5K minimum within 10-12 days. Really annoys me how i blasted of 3 bankrolls of 11-14k within like 1-2 weeks every time lol. Now i gotta pay the price like i deserve.

I think the best thing now will be to grind long sessions and as small fields possible and no turbos. Only played 6-8 hours these two days. Will try to be cautious and raise the stakes as my roll hopefully grows.

Been in this situation multiple times over the last year man, I have seen dramatic improvements in my game but can't seem to get over the hump for a $3k+ score. I recommend with your current bankroll to start playing $4.50 180 mans, I play 5 - 10 every session with a similar bankroll and it helps improve your MTT game a lot. 888 has really good low buy in tourneys , and the 22 $3k Gtd on there isnt that bad either.

Yeah I try to avoid PS as much as i can and think a lot of regs in those 180 mans that has specialised in them. I rather play small fields across euro sites for now where roi is higher.
Also I am in a hurry with expenses coming up very soon so in a way I have to take shots to build it as quick as possible so throwing in some 22$ every day. I cant slowly grind my way up right now.
Anyways day 4 I got a bit longer session but 4 hours before sleep i stop playing and play ****ing CSS until i go to sleep. Got a bit addicted now which I hate i have done this for many days now. So today i will not do that and put in a 10 hour session.
Getting frustrated and BR keep slowly shrinking but I think i have a decent edge in small stakes so will see what happens.

i cant think of a time where most humans in the world dont have 'expenses' pending, you are making the same mistakes over and over playing under-rolled and always cashing out way too much when you do hit a score. being able to win on the table is only 1 aspect of being a profitable player.

Haven`t really cashed out that much, only like 5,5-6k total and 4,5k of that to my EX GF for her living expenses. Spent very little money for myself or anything. Without having to support someone i would not have cashed out more than 1k these 3 months.
then i was planning on going on a "vacation" to grind and for that i needed 5-6k total for living expenses but didn`t wanna pay that and just have 4k to grind with. My goal has been to move out of my parents house asap and i rushed it way to hard.
Anyways I totally agree with you playing massively under rolled it just had to go wrong or at least a huge chance of it going wrong. I basically wanted a big shortcut to freedom but it backfired as hard as it could have. Now almost without a roll there is almost zero chance of making any profit. Lesson learned (or not) once again....

Day 4, got a bit of a longer session of 9-10 hours but i keep on bombing. Got my biggest score of an amazing 265$! Second biggest score these 4 days is 78$! So clearly nothing is really going well.

Anyways because i need lots money fast and MTT variance is so high i might start of with some low spin & goes and then maybe try grinding SNGs for a long session. Not really sure what to do about this situation but will see.....
