i had/am having same ingame mindset troubles inspired by mostly same unhealthy habbits pbb so im interesed to see more inputs in this quit ciggarets > 20k profit. i dont have balls to think about TRYING to quit. i wanted to open PGC thread also,and now im more motivated as i see 2-3 active exYU threads and im from Serbia and we gotta balance that **** out ( not in for the nationalism, it's a joke )

So yesterday took day off as off sleeping problems, today also had it but its getting better.... hitting gym regulary and still havent smoke a single joint tho cigarettes are still in my fingers but we ll fix that also asap.... going to start tables soon so lets have a good day

So weekend is behind us and lets make small recap

Gym is hitting regulary and im now sitting at 111,4 kgs which is enough to book progress, weight didnt come by night so I dont expect too loose it either by pushing my body to limit, esp when Im trying to live healthier...
about weed still doing good last two days my sleep is getting back on track so we are good to kick some asses at tables

Unfortanetly there isnt much to say I am happy how Im progressing with my game reviewed 5/6 HHs i booked for last week and after i watch game of thrones ill do the last one... Beside of that did also 3HHs with friends so we are putting some off table work....
I had to take 2 days off so volume is what failed last week but we are getting there so results will come.... Im happy with my ev/bb this month so we are good to go big in august where I pretty much plan to grind whole month and maybe by the end of august go for a short 1 week vacation but that isnt on me depends on friends plans etc....

Also we started that skype group and we have 5 active members who are interested to work together so if you are serious enough lmk to join, ill be demanding some things before I let you in (bugsbunnyd/skypeID)

So changed gym thats going good but last two sessions I am really wondering wtf Im doing two times spewed b22 quite deepish stacks and yesterday it brought me to the point where i decided to quit session what I dont usually do but I am really feeling exausted maybe cause of weather / last few days its too hot and I feel also more dry/low energy cause of my diet.... But lets see how today goes as Im taking rest from gym today so we ll see what happens...

So lets do a weekend recap

Weight 112,5kg dunno wtf happened but guess this is more cause of not weigthing before i did cardio as I still didnt hit gym today but whatever I feel good also missed last week 1 training as I hit only 3 times but we gonna do this week 4 atleast and hope that this madness w temperature goes down as atm its normal 35 degrees so we can hit cardio target easily...

Now poker weekend was crazy I had so much deeps that I dont wanna even count but there was like 10 in top 50 and had also one bubble ft so there will be alot of reviews during these days...
Friday I took off as i had two days before that quite bad game at tables but saturday/sunday Im happy w my plays but will need also confirmation about that from my mentor Aaron
Also my grind buddy icho90 is about to come to Zagreb and stay at my place so we are going to put alot of hours in upcoming days which Im looking forward as hes quite positive person so we ll be ready to takeover some mtts this week no matter what !

I am also quite hyped about next episode of GOT (Game Of Thrones) as this 4th episode was quite good and I was quite sad that I cant move forward to next one I dont want to spoil to those who still havent watch but It was GREAT !
