Statement of Intent

I will have a $5,000,000 real estate portfolio. I will have at least 25% equity in my portfolio. My portfolio will generate 6% cash flow profit per annum.

I will give the best value for money rental accommodation in my sector. I will teach other people how to be successful and how to fulfil their potential. My clients will get the best value for money coaching in the world.

I increase my income using every way I know how, I educate myself in real estate investment and management, I give value to everyone I come into contact with, I treat everything as an opportunity, I see the positive in everything, I build my wealth based upon truth, integrity and justice..

I document my journey clearly in order to give value to others.

Poker

"I try to increase my income every way I know how" (see above).

I am not a good poker player (yet). I see it as an opportunity to make $XXXX per month that I can add to other income streams to invest into myself and into my real estate portfolio.

I think there are easier and faster ways to make money than poker but it is a very intriguing game to me. I enjoy playing and learning about poker so will assign 20 to 30 hours per week to it (to start with).

If I am making big money doing X and Y then poker probably will not happen much. I will see how it pans out.

I have got $725 to play with. I will play Zoom at Pokerstars.

I am only interested in getting to 500nlz but I have to start at around 10nlz. I am not sure about bankroll management. I think I will be aggressive mostly but I will play lower stakes if making some big adjustments or trying something new out.

I will mainly only talk about the present. No past. Maybe some future but only regarding goals and how I will use them to get my target.

Mostly played at 10nlz. My redline is always down like this so I think I give up too easily or something. My blue line does NOT always go up like this!

I did a lot of positive self talk today.

I would guess, looking at your SN, that you have read the book from Napoleon Hill. May I ask you what's your opinion of it? Does it have to do anything with that challenge?

One last question, will this blog only be about your poker result or do you plan do journal the steps you take to reach your goals outside of poker?

It is a great book, written well ahead of its time. Some of it must be taken with a pinch of salt imo but most of it is excellent.

I will just post poker results and maybe the odd time I will post something about real estate if I think it gives value.
