Had 2 really short small winning sessions and got my confidence back!

Then has a break and proceeded to lose all the money again... I refused to have another losing session though and just grinded out of it

Put a few things in order today, trying to get into a good routine and eat healthier. Plan tomorrow is another long session after a bday meal, but I wanna go out and buy lots of healthy foods to eat that I can cook. Then start hitting the gym the day after and set some gym targets.

Yeah xmas has come early haha...

the heat varies - being a ginger I tend to avoid the day sleep 8am-4pm, gym breakfast and do whatever I want to do. Then ideal grind time for hours back home are midnight - 6am.

I enjoy going out at night in shorts and t-shirt because the heat is good enough to be able to do so, there has been a the occasional huge storm of rain but its not like i have anywhere to go if i don't want to haha

Yeah I got pretty ****ty at updating - gonna do a big update at the end of the month I think.

The last thread was sorta derailed by me mentioning 'the Scurra guy' - so not gonna mention him again.

Month started great - but then I lost my head a little. I moved down to 50nl to work on my mental game and then switch back to 100nl after about 15k hands.

I've also signed up with Ivey League so going to be doing videos for them - my first video was uploaded a few days ago

Gym

Finally got some traction on this and have been going most days - pretty happy with the results so far just gotta keep it up!

Social

This was a bit hit and miss for the start of the month, but then I ended up going on a crazy night to Pattaya with 2 girls I met on Tinder at about 1am in the morning (it's a 1.4 hour journey from Bangkok) I snappchatted the whole thing

Ok so i wanted to be back at 200z by the end of the month, but with gbp weakening vs the $ my win rate at 100z has inadvertently gone up and I've been cashing out a lot more because of this. I have a visa run mid month to Malaysia 15-22nd so I'll aim to move up when I get back.

Played about 80k hands this month - so that's the target for Nov

Gym target is gonna be to go to the gym 20/30 days this month

I've been super ****ty at updating this, luckily for positive reasons!

Poker is going super well lately and I've had my head down in the gym and playing/studying a lot.
