First week of Jan is in the books! If I'm being completely honest with myself right now... I am disappointed in myself for my efforts this week. I know I can do better.
Positives from Week 1:
- Didnt miss a single day at the gym.
- Booked a trip.
- Stayed organized and planned/reviewed each day.
- Put in 10 hours OT at work.
- Did 4 hours in the lab going over HEM.
Negatives from Week 1:
- Did not hit my volume goal in poker.
- Ate out too much. Need to meal prep.
- Wasted too much time mindlessly surfing the net watching youtube etc.

The graph is only for Ignition. I've been playing on ACR too and havent set up HEM2 yet. Going to set all of that up today hopefully and import my results.
Week 2 Goals:
- Play 4000+ hands of poker.
- Meal prep.
- Gym 4x.
- Work 8 hours overtime.
