About me

I'm 23 year old guy from the Czech Republic who currently lives in Thailand. I started a language school here over 2 years ago but due to visa issues, I had to go back to study. I decided to study Business Management in Denmark. I lived a year in Denmark and then did a semester abroad in Korea. After it ended, I decided to go back to my beloved Thailand and combine it with school so I'm currently doing an internship at my own company. I have 1 year left after the internship but I can do it online.

Poker

I was a recreational player for a while couple years back but never really took it seriously so I kind of dabbled around in multiple formats. I'm currently focusing on spins and spinning my way out of $1 on Stars. I'm currently looking for coaching so I might join a stable soon.



Starting bankroll was $20 now we are at $148.

Books

I'm currently doing a 52 books in a year challenge.

Meditation and Guided Releases

I'm a big fan of letting go of past emotional traumas and experiencing them fully. I do a Guided Release every day from Transformation Mastery programme from Julian Blanc(https://julienhimself.com/self-help/). I'm also meditating every day and using Headspace for this endeavor. Combining these two gives me a sense of calmness and spiritual peace.

Fitness

I feel like fitness is an important aspect of a healthy mind so it directly influences my poker game. I'm currently attending Muay Thai classes 3-4 a week. I'm also a big fan of fasting so I'm doing a classic 16/8 intermittent fasting every day except when I go out.

Entrepreneurship

We went from renting a small classroom to renting a 3 story building for our school. I was not part of it as much as I should have been due to my absence but I hope to make up for it. It, fortunately, does not take up much time because everything is already set up and I just teach couple classes a week. I'm also in charge of social media which gives me nice motivation to learn online marketing.

Pick up

I started going out more seriously in Korea because I have finally realized that the way to get more social and outgoing for me is through pick up. I never had a problem with making friends or going out but I was kind of shy around women and didn't really put myself out there. Ever since starting this journey my lay count has doubled and I was finally able to be more at ease around women. I ended my LTR/LDR in Korea so after that, I went for a sort of sabbatical and really overcame a lot of fears of approach. Just like in poker, I want to improve and I want to improve fast so I don't mind paying for a couple of programmes.
