Went with my Dad to get a 12' GS that he bought from his buddy. This was the "garage" i was referencing earlier itt:

idk, -5 to +3, with it being more likely im losing.

I'm just guessing here, but I think he means that the other regs will improve by playing him which lowers his ev in the long run, and below a certain stake (50/100) he thinks the value he will lose from regs improving by playing him is greater than the value he will win in the games.
