I'm certainly under-rolled, most would say also under-qualified, to play 50nl. I'm table selecting super hard. Taking shots is about picking your spots; don't be a degen. If the table's raising too much, just leave and find a Jesus seat to get your feet wet. As cliché as it sounds, "Play It Safe" has always been my mantra and served me well.

Fkn purgatory. Bleh.

Been busy irl. Decided to wake up early and play a few hundred hands; 18hrs later I've finished my longest session in like 2yrs. Was zoned in, didn't notice import missing a good hour of heat. Annoying for my wr, but the $'s in my account so whatever.

Yo bros. Poker's still going quite well. I realized it's a bit redundant to post daily with what I'm sharing. Just having the thread has been unexpectedly motivating though, so I plan to do weekly/milestone updates.

Still unsure as to what my endgame is with all of this. I'm in personally uncharted territory. I'm rolled for 50 and feeling confident; 100 looks far from overwhelming, but I'm building more cushion to avoid hubris. Usually before I get here I look at the realistic months+ timeframe to move through the level, then realize I'm doing it to do it again (and again), then I implode. I don't feel that now though, so there's that. Still haven't played live.

Worst case scenario: I cash out and buy another motorcycle. Woe is me.

Agreed. I actually timebanked down. Just too much trollequity to flat imo. I think my lulzrange is balanced enough, just gotta put in the volume and see...

Imo it's a decent play if there are fish in the pot. I've seen people fold here several times because either a) they're just that clueless or b) they aren't paying attention. If it's HU vs a reg tho prob not +EV.

I guess someone felt bad for my nolife, got a freeroll into a satellite. Won that, played an MTT the next day, did not win that. Ran very well, pulled every trigger and hit/held, but couldn't beat the distributions. Was pretty fun though, my biggest entry ever. I couldn't justify the PT4 tourney add-on so I didn't have a hud/no hh's. Bustout hand, pretty big pot after bubble:

I open T9hh otb barely covering, bb df, Jh3hTc. He tanks 10 seconds and lead jams. Maybe an ICM fold, no idea, but ICMoney with 50% and snap. He turns over obv KJ, turn 3c, river Ac (shocked it wasn't spade). gg. I beat myself up over it, wondering what might've been had I folded; could've found a better spot and doubled a few times, could've used those buyins for a 100nl shot, blah blah, regret tilt. MTT lifestreak continues. I fired up cash tables and spewed pretty hard; every draw was going in otf. Unfortunately the regs got me at my worst and I lost most of the week's profits, but I learned and life goes on. Worst/best hand:

Anyone else getting this weird bug with PT4? Didn't look at my graph for a while, brought it back up and saw the colors of the lines switched. Not sure what I pressed, this has never happened, but I liked it better before. I emailed support, still waiting to hear back...

On the bright side (?), I've finished 15% of last month in the first 2 days of this one. Doesn't really do the freeze justice, so many dumb setups/runouts, whatever, we all know how that goes.
