I am new to 2p2, but been playin poker for a while now. I am the worst multitabler in history, playin more than 6 tables (and even 6 is close) with A game is just impossible for me. That's why zoom is the best thing that could happen to me. But still I can only play 1 hour of A game with 4 tables and am than decreasing to 3 to keep playin well. I got quite a tilt problem too, but am improving with every month. Atm I grind Nl200 zoom with shots on 500, but swings are just to big there, so will grind at least another 100k hands before taking shots again.
If stars wont change their VIP and rake system in 2013 I was thinking of maybe going for sne, which would be a masterpiece of organisation, since I am a fulltime student studying mechanical engineering and taking it very seriously (Uni>poker) , moreover I am spending a lot of time with my gf and on top I am regularly hitting the gym. But thats more of a dream than a realistic goal, but we'll see.
I have to start folding more, most nl200 zoom regs are just nits, pre- and especially postflop.

since I block the nutfd I should probably just fold the turn, since there are only few big draws left he would play that way Th8h,thqh,khqh,qhjh maybe also 7h8h but not sure if he will raise/call that pre.
River ist the best card in the deck for me after the A and he will know that I wont fold most of my bluffcatchers now. Furthermore most regs just dont have the balls to bluff for that many bb's.

I think flopcall is fine, even though we wont like most turns and ths raising is maybe better, to take down the pot right away. Turn is almost the the best card and I have an ez valueraise against his range.
Riverdonk is just too obv and mostly flush and weirdo played T9
3) vs two fish, I like the cbet size

5) pretty stupid call. He shoved so fast that I wasnt even able to realize what is happening^^ checked the lobby and he was on playing 1 table (unknown). I probably hoped to see some pair+gs or AT what is too optimistic given his timing

before todays first session I will write down some points I will have to focus on during the session and afterwards review them.
1) I will keep on trying to 4 table, since I will have no chance to reach sne with 3 tabling
2) Trying to focus more on villain's betsizing , since most regs have obv betsizing a lot of money can be made there
3) focus more on timing tells
4) play tighter pre against nits with <21/18 stats
Those are serious non-sd winnings. I play some zoom 200 myself and you must be one of the most aggro regs around, hmm..
Gl with your dream! Are planning on adding zoom 500 on a regular basis? Would make things a lot easier vpp wise.
Hi, yeah I am way looser than most regs pre and also postflop. My plan was to mostly grind 500. But I want to build a big roll first to handle the swings without getting on tilt. I played 11k hands nl500 already with a be ev line and negative nonsd winnings, which is a result of me playing too scared.
Today I played pretty solid, way better than yesterday. I am still runnin like **** atm but try to keep playing my A game
I marked quiet a lot of hands but will not post too many today. Since I probably wont play tomorrow I'll post some later tomorrow.
1) villain is a quiet aggro 24/20 with a c/r % of 9 and a 3bet of 24% from the bb vs steals. I am pretty sure he'll have every set combo in his 3betting range so no worrys about that (maybe one combo of 88). So 3betting flop will just kick all his bluffs and iso me against nutfd and the set of 8. Turn is ok, since its a good card for him to bluff. The board gets too wet though to call again so I shove.

thanks, I will shot with 50 stacks online. But I am constantly cashing out since I'm financing everything with poker, so it can definitely take until next year before I shot again
grinded my ass off today. When I was up 2k I started spewing way too much. Its incredible how little credit I get. Need more setups on my site and I'll be rich by the end of the month
I am quite happy with the whole pokersituation atm. I am putting more effort in it than I ever did in my career. I use every free minute to grind, havent watched any tv lately, didnt play any Fifa nore did I surfed senseless on the web.
I put quiet a volume in yesterday and ran pretty bad. I must admit I tilted a bit when I was down like 3k, but managed to catch myself and least played B-Game. I'm getting into the head of my villains pretty good and am starting to make more big laydowns which I couldnt in the past. People just bluff so few on 200 zoom its crazy, especially when it comes to >50bb bluffs.
I feel quiet uncomfortable after grinding like 3 hours with a normal mouse and after I read that Wizardofahhs used one when he grinded the 3mill vpp's I thought it must be a good idea. But its totally not my thing, I am gonna return it in the next couple of days. Maybe I'll give it another try today, but not sure.
GL mate, subbed. I am in a very similar situation to you. Studying mechanical engineering, grinding out zoom and trying to hit up the gym when I have some spare time. Only playing 50Nl but hopefully I can make my way up soon
Hey how do you balance your school studies with poker?
I normally dont play that much, so that is no problem. Atm I just attend lectures where I know its important to be there.

thanks, I wish you good luck
So today was another lolbad day. Probably played my worst poker in half a year. I run bad, thats obv but this day I could've easily ended with a plus if I hadent spewed/tilted so much.
I dont know what the issue is, maybe the 4 tables, maybe the long sessions. I hope it'll get better soon. It is pretty obvious though, that SNE is out of reach. I just takes so much time to get in volume, which I dont have.
Today I played pritty nitty and tried to let my image play, that I built up with so much effort in the last few days. Didnt help much, ppl seem to see my cards. Still runnin lolbad, with every river being miraclecard for villain.
I still need 16k vpp before I will quit for the year and fully concentrate on uni.
I will definitely burry the idea of sne for 2013. I'll just 3 table and play short sessions like I did in the first 90k hands and I'll be back on the winningside in no time. Maybe I'll go for 300-400k vpp. Still gonna keep the blog updated though.
Lol, cant see any crushing, I am break even over 50k hands or so now. With the setup atm I dont even think I am a winner. Will play 3 tables only again. Maybe there will be some crushing again, we'll see
Firt session for today. Im going to be very busy and probably wont be able to play more. I feel so much more comfortable with 3 tables. Still the downswing is damaging my mindset. Tilted again and wouldve been up 1k without tilt.
Hope my mindset gets better soon, it has always been the biggest issue that kept me from going big in my pokercareer.
ppl playing this way are just not from this world. He probably hates money. riveraise is to kick T9+ and busted fd's with higher kicker. Didnt know ot was a fish though, shouldve checked out how many tables he plays and then of course just cb turn give up river.
totally crushed ev and especially g-bucks wise today. Feel super comfortable with my game and made a lot of reads today as well. 3 tabling is just nuts, I have way more time to make reads and take notes. Looking forward to crush the game!
