Will your price include delivery or would you expect the person to come and collect?

Great question. If local, I cd offer free delivery. I’m always out and about and may b a gd selling point to add that perk.
Making a few more today. Will do some type of ad w them (mayb drone) once we hv the package. Will post on our FB page and maybe do sm gift card giveaways if they share that post. #Brainstorming

In that case, then maybe offer free delivery if it's within a certain radius (a number betwee 5-10 miles) and then if it's outside of that radius charge $x/mile unless they want to come and collect.

Another putting green closed today!!!
Also, working this transition into pitching turf mounds play.
Sent a group text out to my buddies.
“Office work at warehouse.
Roll up if want.
If not, no big deal.
Paying $20 per mound built.
Build as many as u want. Work as long as u want.
Getting back from quotes...Starts at 12p office. Byob
Takes less that hour to build.
I have everything u need to build.”

Guy in back just hung out and smoked herb and drank. My partner, Bagz, grinded out 5 so I paid him a bill.
Fun times, had the grill out and made some brats.

Inventory sits at 10 turf mounds.
$1k invested...hope to double.o

Congrats on how well the biz is going man. Keep up the good work!

Are you comfortable sharing how deep your holdings are in NIO these days? It's been on one helluva sustained heater. Also, do you have any particular price point where you would be looking to exit or you just planning on letting it ride for a long time.

^ Pretty sure he sold it all or most

Damn leverage buying killed holding long term, otherwise would be worth heaps

^ I know he had exited his position when he held a whole lot of NIO, but I was under the impression he had re-entered at least somewhat in the past several months as he's been buying lots of stonks.

I could certainly be wrong though. Was curious to see. I have a little bit of NIO (and ENPH too) wish I had bought a lot more of each and held (obv)

For sure! During No Talk March 2015 (?) we talked often bout stocks. AMD ENPH NVDIA and many others when they were pennies.

@Mr.Muckt I love NIO, just never re entered after the punt. We gambled on margin and took the lost. Like @tsw said, if I don’t margin, I’d b alright now.

Margin will phucking bleed ya like a popped cherry! Especially if the stock goes south and never rebounds. I always waited for that rebound and it never came. Man, that was fun times. Started with a <img /nl challenge, now we're here.

We on the court grind today. Shd finish tomo. Closed on 2 more putting greens and a turf deck this week.
I’m starting to consider u guys advice of charging more. The courts or very laborious and the putting green imoney margins shd b higher I feel. Starting to agree.

First one and tried to make a stencil.
All the negative space inside the stencil will be white. Gonna have to free hand the blue lines.
Got 3 stencils now. Jordan, Cardinal Bird, UK

Nonstop grinding. I really want this goal!!

Thinking the same thing. 15+ days of 100°+ and I'm giving up on the yard. Focussing on the garden and planning for my Rayz-like court for 2021.

Hopefully we finish both by Saturday.

Getting paid soon tho on 3 projects.

Think it's time to start offering those in home putting mats and greens. Maybe some rubber or foam to build it on. Something to keep in mind with more people staying indoors, plus fall and winter coming up.

They already hv similar products. Not sure we hv an open lane there.
We are about $2k invested in pitching mounds. Pretty soon we will be showcasing a little league (6” high) mound w rubber, home plate, and a batter dummy for $200-$220 price range. Shd make $110 ish off each mound. Hopefully we will sell out when we run it.
We still behind 50kL pace as market has balanced out the last month. Been buying as much as I can the last month. Nearly broke atm because of it. Although, got 2 pg installs going on currently and shd clear a grand this week. Both r small simple installs w only 5hr total job on each. The money is in the big installs!! ESP when charging $10 sqft landed. Each roll of that rug is cha Ching. Lol.
All extra turf from jobs are going for small size (2’x6’x6”w slope) pitching mounds. Trying to think of other things we cd do w this scrap turf. ???Making 3’x5’ pet stations may b idea. Any thoughts wd b appreciated.
