This special day produced a gd turn out in the poker room. The low hanging fruit was...well...uh...fruitful. We had “the great” @tobedecided in the game mixing it up a bit.

The daily Ts had twice as many players as usual and the same goes for cash. Many decent/gd 1/2 tables to pick from.
Our table was averaging a couple $5 straddles every orbit. Players were calling light and gd value was had today. We piled them up.

My biggest loss hand, $100, wasn’t too bad. Where I limp the $5 straddle in sb, 2nd acting, w AhJh. 4 limps and straddler ($280 stack) uses his raise option up to $25. Im next acting & 3bet to $100 (I cover). Folds to straddler who pushes in $180 more. I fold. He shows AK. Other than that, nothing too tricky.

There is $15 in dead money from limpers (unless it is 4 others, not 4 total), plus your $100 and his $100, so $215 dead in the middle, it is $180 to call. If you call the pot is $575, so you only need 31% equity to make this a call. If you put their range as 99+, AQ+, then you have 33.6%, it goes down to ~28.5-29% if you say it is only JJ+ or QQ+ and AQ+.

So it is right in that breakeven point, so if they ever are jamming KJ suited, AT suited type hands or are jamming more small pairs then it is a call for sure.

If it doesn’t get hit any given hour then rolls to bonus hour at 2p-3p. *Bonus hour did not get hit last Thursday, so that rolls over to today. Currently $3,600 during the 2-3p hour.
