Re: STARTED WITH A $1/$2nl CHALLENGE, NOW WE'RE HERE.

Considering the options for betting are very limited - no sportsbook in Indiana (to my knowledge), illegal in KY, etc. Basically the online option is online (whether that's through Bovada or another site). The juice is actually going to average between -110 to -125 on most lines, so you would need to win at an even higher clip than 53% just to break even.

With that being said, I've found the biggest line errors in live betting. The live odds are driven by averages and algorithms and do not take into account streakiness of teams.

For example, let's say you have two teams that start at o/u at 155. Let's say that out of the gate these teams come out hitting 75% and it's 15-14 after the first 5 minutes, the line may jump to o/u 175 - smart money would pour in on the under.

So IF you are going to journey down the online sports betting rabbit hole - take a look at the live odds too.

I think baseball derivative markets has the most oppurtunity or comparable markets. That being said it's easier just to get a real job.

We will see. Sports betting is Satanís game. This is just an idea.

I wanna make 2018 fun.

Poker has always been my key source of income.

Gonna try to get a rough draft up this weekend on 2018 ideas. That shd give us a couple weeks (before 2018) to tweak some things if we get some feedback.

Why not play back in HSI? If you make the hour + commute in a truck with that many miles on it, that will kill the truck a lot faster.

Less gas + less miles = more profit

I ask myself the same question almost daily, but when it’s time to head to work I always find myself driving away from the boat.

The drives are sometimes therapeutic and sometimes a bear.

I like how other places approach poker better. They take it more seriously. HSI is pretty clueless about how they shd grow the room. Plus they hv some bizarre clown promos that sometimes need a lawyer to decipher.. It’s like. If u hv this, w this card, u get to draw this, and certain times, prizes double if hv a banana, spin this wheel, get a token, write ur name on a ticket, blah blah. Their horrible, low pay promos, that r so stupid it’s almost condescending to the players. Someone needs to tell them KISS.

Not sure how long the truck can handle the long drives, but so far we gd. HSI wil always b home, but sometimes u need a break. I may reinstate them soon.

Re: STARTED WITH A $1/$2nl CHALLENGE, NOW WE'RE HERE.

Here we go...rough draft 1.
Lmk what needs tweaked or any other input is welcome.

2018 is gonna b about SYM, 12 shot takes before Christmas, and a Model 3.
No monetary goals. Just all about the fun now. Time to take chances. Lfg.

Question: How fast can we build a roll from a few thousand start up and only $1k/mo for my half of living expenses?
Answer: I feel itís gonna be fast. Letís hope!

Shot Takes:
In order to determine what kind of shot takes we will be taking, depends solely on the cash we have AFTER keeping $1k for bills AND $1k for the sym fund (Save Your Money). THEN, we use whatís leftover for a shot take the following month. All monies made from shot takes rolls into sym fund.

*Some shot takes may not be poker related, and always open for ideas from the 2+2ers. If I hear a gd idea, I may just do it. Also, thinking about real time utube live streams pre and post shot take.
We going after ďitĒ. Whatever ďitĒ may be.

All of this is gonna be done while living a semi-retired life. We finally put ourselves in a gd spot through hard work and smart money choices. Now I wanna be selfish and enjoy life. Poker is now officially a part time job. The plan is to slow down on poker hours, and more time investing in my family, and doing the things I want to do.

The one big thing on my future plate will be paying off the tax man from our ENPH score. But once done, I believe the zen life will produce smoother sails.

Our next big purchase...
W my truck sitting at 240,000 miles, I think itís time we to start saving for a vehicle. We will continue to drive the truck until it turns lemonish. At that point, we use whatever $ we have saved to acquire another vehicle. *Hopefully ole faithful will continue to rungd until we have enough saved for a TSLA Model 3.

Rough Draft...Feedback is welcome...Ty

She likes to do stuff like that. I let her and then took it down.

If you can't file a claim, kill the deer, skin it and freeze the meat to eat later! Or sell the meat. Deer meat is probably worth ~$1k for a decent sized one.

Idea is noted. Thanks for the suggestion.

We do have head light and turning light fixtures ordered. They arrive Wednesday. For now, we packaged tape every thing up.

Re: STARTED WITH A $1/$2nl CHALLENGE, NOW WE'RE HERE.

They say if u write down ur goals and/or post it where u can c it each morning,it helps. According to a study done by Gail Matthews at Dominican University, those who wrote down their goals accomplished significantly more than those who did not write down their goals. I been writing goals down for a long time, as evidence here itt, and agree it helps.

What Iím thinking to get that extra push besides writing these goals down, is to make a $ bar on my bedroom wall. We are planning on painting this wall eventually, so why not hv a Model 3 money bar until then?
Whatís a $ bar? U know those things they color in when they are trying to raise money for a goal. That thing. I hv no clue what itís called, but $ bar sounds gd.

In between the 2 doors is the spot where Iím thinking.

Do I ask Sara, or just make one when she isnít here?

Curious to see if it will turn out as well as the time your daughter had a mohawk haircut. 😉
