My journey of playing MTT poker for a living. My journey of playing MTT poker for a living.

Yooo!

I'm Tim, from Ljubljana, Slovenia, currently playing poker full time for around 2years. Till now I reached the point to be able
to make some monthly money with pokerinho and start living a bit better more chill life then I was before with my previous shity
job and lifestyle in general.
But now I came to the point where I want to take my game to the next level, to get better in the game, play a bit higher
stakes, be able to earn more money and become more solid poker player in general,
which would alow me to easier achieve my goals and live even more fulfilled life in incoming years.

My year couldn't start any better, since I was accepted into BitB poker team and will now put all my time and focus required to reach
goals that I/we have set.

While on that yourney and further on, I really wanna share publicly my weekly thoughts, experiences, good/bad events, on and off the tables
that happen to me on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Why I'm doing that, tbh I have multiple reasons. One of them is that being consistent with writting all this down and sharing with others,
keeps me extra motivated, helps me to sustain my consistency in all aspects of life and helps me to be consistently GRATEFUL
for the awesome life that I live.
Other reasons are aswell getting feedback (both positive and negative), suggestions from others, different ways of thinking and in general
being engaged with other people and other minds.
I think having some kind of journaling or writting down thoughts in general helps every human being and this blog is gonna be one part
of journaling of my life/career.

What I'l usually do is post every monday kind of "weekly review" and try to talk about things that happen in previous week.
Obviously its gonna be quite poker related, but since I talk poker already everywhere else and discuss all the strategies and approaches etc,
I'll try to make it as much "lifestyle" kind of blog here.
I'll do my best to review most important things that happened in a week, talk about weekly poker goals, weekly sports goals, relationship goals,
things I could do better, things I did very good at etc etc.

I hope if you do spend time to read my weekly posts, that you find it interesting and easy to read.

Next time I'll post, will be on monday. Till then I wish you all the best and goodluck on/off the tables.

Tim

Upcoming week goals:

Poker/study goals:
- Play 5 days
- Attend all scheduled coachings (if I can't for some reason, make sure to watch the recording's)

Yoooo.

So first week of blogging is behind me. I think it was a very succesful week, I did everything (most of it tbh) I had on my schedule.

I was free one day this week on friday. Every year, for the first full moon of the year, we have a midnight hike on Grmada(898m) and because i was in need of a good walk with friends, this was a perfect opportunity
We started the walk at around 19.00, we walked for about 2 hours, ate alot of food, drank 2 beers and then headed back down in to the valley (another 40min walk).
It was a great night, and thank you Anja, Eva and Luka for the best company! <3

On saturday i played tennis (and won obv xD). Tennis is my new favorite sport now, i have to find a Trainer and start playing for real!
But its a really amazing sport and im excited to play it every week

I didnt really go to fitness 3x times this week like i wanted to, I went only once, but i did have 4 physical activites overall.
1x Fitness, 1x Badminton, 1x tennis and the hiking.

Next week i want to do fitness atleast 2x, so i can start healing the injury i caused because i was doing pull ups incorrectly. I also want to play tennis at least once and go running once

On the topic of poker, i accomplished all my goals, also i am verry happy because i was playing really good the whole week and i felt great about it.
Same goes for studying, i went through all of the coaching videos and improved alot and implemented that knowledge in to my game.

Also got a small but important victory

In the upcoming week i will play even more, probably starting at 13.30 on most days, because the morning series on GG has started and i might do a couple whole day sessions. Plus my motivation is currently through the roof.
I have a lot of energy and i generally feel great and wanna take advantage of that

There was one day where my streaching session was a bit shorter then usual because i wasnt feeling well and also finished my session earlier, glad that I did that so I didnt burn money with my c game haha, but
so i did a double streaching on sunday. Other then that i was on point with the streaching.

Next week im going to be more physicaly active so its even more important that I eat more protein and more fruit wich i didnt do enough of this week.

I will continue posting on instagram. You can also find my daily results there, the good and the bad!

I would also like to go to the spa next week and on wednesday i have a 1 hour session in a sensory deprivation tank wich is going to be an interesting experiance for such an anxious freak like me.
I'm also a claustrophobic as hell so we will see how that works

Goals for next week:

Poker/studying:
-6 sessions (2 or 3 whole day sessions depending on how i will feel, other then that from i start at 17.00 like usual)
-If i miss my coaching, I watch it back the first day im free for studying.

Other goals:
-1x tennis
-2x fitnes
-1x run(5.5km)+ walking up hill (3.5km)
-1x back massage
-1x Floating tank (sensory deprivation tank)

Optional if I have enough time:
-Spa

Thats it for today. See you next monday.

I hope you all have a beautiful and succesful week, I will do everything in my power to make mine as good as possible!

Yoyoooo

Long and hard week, but also interesting and fun

I achived almost every goal this week, the only one i didnt is the fitness, wich i will be cancelling for a month or so, because of my injury.
Long story short i wanted to advance to quickly and i tore a muscle, nothing special, when the injury is healed in getting right back in!

I played tennis twice, once I had a whole class with a trainer who is a pro and it was really interesting. I now understand how to hit the ball
properly and how to train to get better. I LOVE THIS SPORT! Im exctied for summer so i can play tennis every day in the heat

The only thing i failed this week is that i didnt go for a run, for that i do not have an excuse. I was working from morning till night almost every day
and i decided not to go for a run, and i worked more insted. This week work was more important.

I also went for a massage, but not where i usually got, i got the massage at home (thank you Anja!).

The isolation tank was also an great experiance. It was my first time and i did 30min. UN RE AL! Very good, very relaxing. And if your got at really relaxing
and letting go, you can achive a very interesting state of consciousness. It was great, next time im going for 60min

I had two very bad days this week, all the small and big worries came out in one day and i had a couple of hard moments, one day i also played (poker)
really bad and it all stressed me out a bit too much. Thank god i notice these things quicly and i had a couple of conversations a couple walks and thought
about these things and wrote them down and ''solved'' it all in my head and then it was easier.

In this week i am expecting alot of interesting things. Today (monday) i will be working the whole day, on Tuesday i will be studying the whole day, on Wednesday
a bit of studying and then i have dinner with firends and a ''night out'' after a long time. On Thursday i will rest and study, then i will pack my bags because
I am leaving for an extended weekend trip to Belgium. I've wanted to go for 2 years now. Im going on a rave, wich i was supposed to be at 2 years ago but i got
covid the day before. Hopefully this time things will work out I get back on monday and start with a new blog.

This week i dont expect alot of sport, but i will make sure a strech every day and go for a wlak for atleast 30min.
If i will have time for sport i will play Tennis/badminton, or go to the gym and run uphill.

Goals this week.

Poker/studying
-1 session
-1 whole day of studying
-1 rest day
-4 days off
-Even when travelling write your diary and do your routines

Other goals
-Meet new people in a new country
-Stay awake for the whole 12h rave
-Drink smart, not like carelessly like i used to
-Enjoy every second of the day

Optionaly if i have time
- Spa

I will continue writing on monday.

I wish you all the best week possible!

VAMOOOOOOS

Wow what a week. A bit less of poker, but alot of studying, and the first short (4day) vacation this year.

On monday i played poker, tuesday, wednesday and thursday studying and on friday i started my vacation that ended yesterday(monday)
On monday i qualified into a nice day2 on winamax, wich i will play tomorrow and i am very excited for it, apart from that no special results.
I dedicated tuesday and wednesday to studying, reviewing the coaching vidoes that i missed and reviewing all the spots i saved while playing.

On tuesday evening i also went on an amazing dinner to a resturant called Špajza, Great service, and delicous food and bevrage. Not my favorite
resturant, but it was fantastic and i enjoyed alot. Thank you Anja for the wonderful company!

Wednesday evening another dinner with friend, this time a classic, 'ČEVAPČIČI and KAJMAK' at Gurman, and some rakija and beer. After that we partied till 5am,
nothing special, but it was great to enjoy some time with friends after a month of only staring at the computer screen

I was mostly resting on Thursday, i slept alot and i watched a couple coaching vidoes and at 2.30am(friday) i went to the Zagreb airport.

On friday when me and my friend arrived in Ghent (Belgium), we went straight to bed and slept till 18.00ish, then showered, got dinner and then party.
Had great food, tried a couple of very good Belgium beers, met a couple of legendary Belgium people, played pool and danced and suddenly it was 5am so we went back home.

On saturday we got out of bed very late at around 19.00, because we wanted to be well rested for the rave. At 23.00ish we arrived at the destination, FlendersExpo in Ghent,
really relly big hall, and really well organised. Around 20.000 people gathered for the rave.

WOW. Speachlees, hard to say anything else because its unimaginable what a good time i had. I always create a 'highlight' of these trips on Instagram, and you can checkout
the stories from the actual rave there. (IG profile: TimKovacic).

It was also special for me because some of my favorite producers were performing. Really an amazing experiance.
The organization was 10/10, I've never seen something like that before, so many people but everything was so smooth, no complications, no queues, i felt very safe, everyone
I met was awesome and nice. Really an AMAZING EXPERIANCE!

I had some anxiety and panic attack issues the whole time wich I've been living with my whole life, but for the last 5 years its been better, almost no problems, and then
ofcourse on this night that i was so excited about for the last 2 months, after along time it got to me. Because of this i didnt drink any alcohol that night, just water
and an ice tea, and danced like hell!
Also on the same day i had a mild fever, so mentally and phisically i wasnt in the best condition haha.
But what can i do, i accepted it all and danced the night away untill 7am, fought through all the panic and survived the amazing night.

Really a magical weekend. On sunday we slept the whole day and scrolled our phones in bed, then on monday we had breakfast pizza around 13.00, coffe then airplane home and sleep.
This is also why the blog is a day late, because i was still travelling yesterday (monday).

I am dissapointed because I didnt write in my diary on the trip, even though i had it with me. This is one thing i really wish to change in the future, so that no matter
where I am, I make it a habbit to write my diary when i wake up and before i go to bed.

Poker and studying wise, i did everything i planned.

This week I wish to play alot of poker and do alot of studying, and i NEED to get a massage and optionaly go to the Sauna.
Everday atleast a 30minute walk, and every other day some intense exercise (either a run, weights, something so my arms dont need to do work because i am still injured).

Goals this week:

Poker/studying:
-4x playing
-1 day for studying and spots (probably friday)

Other goals:
-3x Fitness
-1x massage

Optional if I have time:
-Sauna

Next update on Monday!

I wish you all a happy and successful week!

Anja is a looker, you seem like a positive upbeat dude with a good head on your shoulders so it makes sense you'd have a pretty girl.

Good luck with the grind and healthy life habits. It's a bit obnoxious how strongly health and poker results are linked together during times of laziness and subpar results. Maybe I should appreciate the need to get moving and exercising as it will directly benefit me in poker, but I digress.

I have been around Europe but never Slovenia. Is there live poker there? What is the country known for if you could give a quick little summation on the pros/cons to living there etc.

Subbed and looking forward to your updates.

Heeeeeey!

Another week behind me. This one was one of the hardest in last 6 months.

It started of with me beeing a bit phisicaly weak because I was a little sick, but nothing special, just sick enough that I didnt dare to do too much sports, but because I am who I am I went running twice ofcourse,
with a cold, and then got a bit more sick (no comment lol ).
Then the cold got worse and one night I even had a fever, so yes, I was not really healthy this week.
I still played poker and studied, I took it easy, so im happy about that.

The week got hard towards the end, Wednesday/Thursday, when I couldnt handle the fact that the results were bad but I felt like I was playing the best poker I've ever played in my life.
And I really am improving currently, because I am working alot with the BitB team and things are starting to 'click' even more.

About 6 months ago I changed to a 'night' schedule and I dont regret anything, I would like to play this schedule for most of my poker career (except summer).
But during this time i learned that even if you are a machine, it is really important to be finnacialy very stable when playing this schedule, because the variance is so huge and so you can afford huge swings.

My financial situation isnt yet good enough for me to be 100% chill about huge swings. Im the type of person, where I want to be 150% chill about finances regarding life expenses, wich is a little counter intuitive
in poker where sometimes you want to 'gamble a little'. Im a little short on finances and confidence to play the night schedule completely without worries, and to be the player and person I want to be.

So i decided to switch back to morning schedule for a couple of months, to get back the confidence, and to build my bankroll a little and save up some money. It will also be easier for me to follow the coaching
videos we have in our group everyday. I think this decision will be good, also in this time I will improve my game, build my bankroll, and when im ready I will return back to night schedule.
Every third-ish day, I will extend the session and play a bit more late in to the afternoon, so I raise the volume a bit + every now and then I want to go to a live tournament when im ready.

Things can always go sideways ofcourse, I wont be too strict with my goals, but generally speaking I will follow this schedule for a few months. I really need to get back my confidence and with that return back to
the night schedule much stronger!

Overall I am really happy about this week, it was the final blow to this night time shift, turning up again and again and having bad results, it got under my skin and because I dont like that mindset I said I will make some change.
Also, other things in my private life test me everyday, and this week everything blew up in my face all at once, and its time to breathe a bit.
I've learned many times over the past 5 years that beeing stubborn doesnt always work, and sometimes you need to chill and change the situation for a better future.
Mentally a really exhausting week, I was really close to loosing my mind a couple of times, I was raising my voice etc., I really dont like that. But i am grateful for days like that, because they let me know ''Okay Timi, lets change something''.

So Today (monday) and tomorrow I will try to switch the schedule, to start waking up early again (6am ish) and see how things go.

In this past week, regarding playing and studying, I did everything I planned. I didnt go to the gym because I was sick. I did go running twice, but maybe it would have been better if I didnt, but okay lesson learned.

I got a massage once and oh mama mia how much I needed it! This week im going again!

Really really grateful for the nature of my work, grateful that I can change my schedules and work whenever I want and wherever I want.I LOVE IT! I am already living the life I dreamed of not long ago,
just because I am my own boss, because Im ressponsible for myself and how I feel and because through the good days and the bad days I learn alot and I ALWAYS ENJOY!
I am really grateful for this.

And its only the begining madreeeeeeeeee miaaaa.

I wish everyone the best week possible!!!

Goals this week:

Poker/studying:
-5x playing poker
-1 day for studying and spots (tuesday)

Other goals:
-2x Fitness (if im healthy)
-1x 5km run
-1x massage

Optionally if there is time:
-Sauna

Next update on monday!

Hey man! I cannot express enough how happy I'm for any replies haha. But when its so many nice words, its just pumps me more, makes me even more hungry and motivated! So thanks for nice words sir!

"Anja is a looker, you seem like a positive upbeat dude with a good head on your shoulders so it makes sense you'd have a pretty girl." This really made my day! Thank you.

I do agree about health and poker results being so connected, I learned this again this week ! It's also why I love poker journey so much, because it makes you to be in a good mental and physical state, otherwise you cant perform, and I like that, ALOT!

There is some live poker in Slovenia, southwestern part of it, Nova Gorica town has a casino called "Perla" and there are some tournaments. Not the best place on earth ofc, but imo its still decent when there is some series. Bot nithing compared to other good european casions ofc, not even close. I go there every 3 months to play a 2 day tournament, but thats about it.

Slovenia is basicly known for a fact that is very small but very "dynamic" landscape or how to say it. I'm from capital Ljubljana which is in the center of Slovenia, so from Ljubljana you have around 1,5hours drive in any directiona nd you can se either, lakes, mountains, beautiful field, lakes, basicly everything. We have small portion of julian alps, and very little portion of adriatic seaside.
We have some great country side with great homeproduced food and wines. Ljubljana as a capital is also very nice, chill, but a lot happening specially in summer. its also super safe anywhere in Slovenia.

If you like nature and want some adventure, its sure worth a visit. I would suggest to come in the summer. Its great. The main thing is, you dont need much time. Basicly 5 days to see entire country and to enjoy while still taking it easy.

If you come, hmu

Thanks again for reply! I wish you a gret week!

Also I forgot to writte down some cons of living here. I'm really the wrong person for that haha. Friends kinda hate me abit cuz of this, but I really dont find antyhing negative for slovenia, I love it. Not like in an patriotic way Slovenia this Slovenia that blabla, but I really dont find anyhting negative for me. Specially for poker, its a dream, all sites work atm, (only partypoker not). I feel super safe all the time, weather is mostly nice idk haha. I really cant complain.

What people are usually complaining is usuall stuff, goverment, health system blubluh. But again, I dont see any problems with anything, really.

Maybe its geetting abit more expensive like other part of EU but, also everything is much nicer then ever so I like it still. peeple complain for health system that lines are too long and
that is hard to get a doctor blabla. Agian, I personally dont see to big of a problem in comparison with other countries overall.

The only negative thing I see is that timeline for poker is not the best, I would like to play in the morning, but play evening schedule, so Mexico would be great But thats deatails haha and depends form person to person.

Hope that explains is a bit. Cheers

Good luck, I used to watch your streams and saw you in Perla a few times - I also go every 3 months or so but mostly play cash.

And yeah Slovenia is also great because of no tax on poker but Party isn't the only restricted site, we don't have 888, Unibet, Chico network and maybe some other ones I forgot.

Quee passaa amigoss and amigosasss

This week went by really really fast. Probably because i had things to do everyday from sunrise till sunset, but mostly because i was very focused, motivated and hyped to work.
Thats kind of okay, because i was really able to be productive, and at the same i time its not okay, because i am mentally less present, and then i feel like i do all the things
at 80% insted of doing one or two thigns less and doing everything at 110%.

So in the next week i want to work on that, go a bit less 'hard' on myself, run more, give myself more time for things so i can do them more effectivly and be a bit less anxious.
This week i was feeling a little nervous and stressed again, because i was distracting my self with thinking about 'errors' and i wanted to solve problems 'over night' but that
is just not how it goes.

Next week i want to have 5 working days, that means wake up in the morning play poker that lasts until 16.30 max, after the session go run/exercise, and after that watch the coaching
videos that i expect to recive alot of this week.

Because the amount of hours of studying material i will have this weeks, i want to take it a bit more easy and not stress if i run out of time. The day sadly has only 24 hours ( it
would really be nice if it had atleast 30). Thats why its very important to be organized well, so i can do as much as possible, as accurately as possible without russhing things
and doing them 'half-assed'. This is the main thing i want to fix this week. I will achive this by planning ahead an exact schedule of when i will study and still leave room everyday
if something comes by, so there wont be panic. Also if i dont manage to do everything i set out each day, i will not stress about it and understand that i already give more then 100%.

Tomorrow on Tuesday i will take the whole day off so i can study, to go through some material i have inside the groupm and if i run out of time, i will take another day of, probably
Thursday and finish what i have left then.

Eitherway i will go through this week with a diffrent approach, more good will, more respect for myself my space and my time, and i will repeat to myself more often that i am already
giving my all and more then that is impossible. Sometimes i can be to strict with myself, and even though most of the time thats great, it had the opposite effect in the last two weeks
because i was overdoing it and i felt like ****, no matter the fact that i do everything i can and more, and having bad results and other things negativly impacting my well beeing,
i was stressing out about these things to much, wich caused me to waste energy and health.

Besides alot of poker and studying, i also did alot of sports this week, i played table tennis, basketball, i went running, did a leg and shoulder workout, and i managed to get a massage twice!
Next massage is in 10 days, my back is starting to hurt from all the sitting, wich is why im trying to stand every hour while im working (i have an adjustable table so i could stand all the time,
but its really hard ) plus these massages are really helping and they are very relaxing mamaaa miaaaa.

After along time i am working in the morrnings again, i changed my schedule and i got to say that i am really happy i did that. Although it seems like a 'defeat' i am happy that i did it. It feels
better to wake up in the morrning and be awake while the sun is out and sleep when its dark and not the other way around . Every schedule has its ups and downs but currently i really like that i
switched.

Im continuing with the morrning schedule this week, and i think ill keep it this way throughout the summer, we will see
During this week i want to exercise atleast 5x, 2x workouts in the gym for legs, shoulders and abbs, 2x running/walking, if the weather will be nice ill do it outside otherwise in the gym, and 1x tennis.

Overall score of last week: 1.9/5

I really didnt like my approach, mindset, and anxiousness. I will get rid of that this week and i will feel much better. I will spend more time outside in nature and i will tell myself ''Dude, breathe,
YOU WORK HARD, YOU HAVE A GREAT LIFE, YOU'VE COME FAR, BE PROUD, YOU ARE ENJOYING AND ITS GONNA GET EVEN BETTER!''

This weeks goal is at least 4.5/5

Goals this week:

Poker/studying:
-5x playing poker
-1 day for studying and spot(tuesday), if needed also thursday.
-Be active everyday in the discord chat, and give a little more effort to anwser and questions.

Other Goals:
-2x fitness

Yoyooo.

This Week i will be a bit shorter. Nothing speical happend, i played and studied alot, did a lot of sports and thats it.

I'm pleased about poker, i lowered the amount of tables i play and i instantly feel better about my game, so i will be playing
less tables now and add more when i am better and faster with thinking haha.

Results wise a really bad week again, but i am very confident with my game so it will be better soon Hopefully :P
I really studied alot this week, we had a lot of coachings, and i watched alot of videos that i was behind on, plus my mentor reviewd
my playing, so studying wise this week was a BOMB!!

I finally found time to go to the sauna, and i hope i find the time again this week because i really really enjoy it.

The highlight of this week was the physiotherapist apointment. I can not express how grateful i am for that. My friend Borut Černilogar is the physiotherapist
of Olimpija basketball team and the National basketball team and he knows everything about the human body. More then that i find it fasctinating how simply and effectivly he
explains things and gives you advice even though you dont have a clue about the injury/body.

I find that the highlight of this weeks becuase, I myself put alot of work, effort and energy in to what i love to do and that makes me very happy. Seeing somebody else doing that with a
completly diffrent thing, putting alot of time and focus into it, and becoming the best at it is just absolutley amazing!!
Those that know me, know that i am intrested in alot of things, and same goes about health, sports and the human body, and i am really exctied to talk to Borut about his job and career
because i find it really interesting and i want to know more about his career and how that life looks like.

Not to mention how much his advice has helped me already this week haha. So i am really grateful for this visit, it really was worth and i would be an idiot if i didnt go.
My hand is feeling better already and im also working out again, adepting the exercies to the injury ofcourse, but i am exctied for summer and alot of sports!

This week im going to visit him again to talk about my back and stretching. I dont have problems with my back yet, but because of the nature of my work and the amount of sitting, i want to be
prepared and understand how to strech corrently and not waste time doing wrong exercises.

Some will say ''You have everything on the internet, figure it out''. I would agree with you, but i have one problem 'TIME', because i dont have that much of it, and because when
i dive in to something i dont half-ass it, it would take alot of time if wanted to know everything about health and the body and so on. This way i go to someone who knows everything about this,
i pay him and he tells me these things and i save so much time and money that way, so in my head this is always WORTH IT!.
In my case i think i couldnt have a better person for this so its really an easy decision.

Thank you Borut for your time and effort!

Next week i dont wish anything special regarding poker and studying (except better results :P), i want to play 4times and be present in all the coachings.
If i will have enough time i want to go play tennis once, because this week i sadly couldnt.

I want to exercise almost every day, so 5 times-ish, last week i was in fitness 2x and i went running 2x and 1x walk uphill.

Goals next week:

Poker/study:
-4x playing poker
-1x day for studying

Other goals:
-3x fitness
-1x 10km (hoja plus running, zone 2-3 cardio)
-1x tennis
-visit to physiotherapist

Optionally if i have time:
-Sauna

I will be writing again next Monday. Have a wonderful and succesfull week! GL

Queee passoo.

Long, productive, beautiful and interesting week behind me.

From Monday to Thursday nothing special, played and studied every day. On Friday i took the whole day off for studying and other thing i had to do.
I visited my physiotherapist, he crafted workouts for me to recover and improve after my injury and a streching routine. Before that i also had
Psychotherapy after a short brake (1 month ish), and it helped me realize again how important it is that i go every week or two and how much it helps
me to live a better life.

On friday evening i went to a dinner with my good friend Blaž. We havent seen eachother for quite a while and we had a really good chat and a good dinner.
Blaž also had very good results recently and a great experiance in Paris on the EPT event, so we talked about that and generally about life and our future
in poker etc,... Im really gratefull that i am surronded by such amazing friends, time spent with them is always full of happiness and joy and new experiances.

I took the whole saturday completly off, probably the slowest day in the last couple of years haha. Totaly without plans, i wasnt in a rush, maybe even a little to slow
for my taste Anja came back from her vacation, so i spent alot of time with her this week, especially on saturaday, we were together the whole day, we had breakfast
together, we went for a coffe for 2 hours and then to the gym and a great lunch. I realized again that every now and then i need to have a free day, without any
activities that raise my dopamine, and just relax in my boredom or in other words be at peace and let my body relax and get rest from all the other things.

Also, i cant express enough how important it is to me, to be surronded by amazing ambicious people. Ive become much more picky about the people i choose to be around, but
i think the good thing is, that the filter creates itself, because on the path you automatically see who is by your side in who is not, and who respects your time
and who doesnt, and in the end only the important people remain, and thats all i wish for. Thank you everyone who is that person, and also everyone who isnt <3

I learned again this week, how important it is to do a good deed everyday, even if it is as random as telling someone in the store something nice or making them laugh
it always improves my mood and makes me generally feel better. On International Womens day, I brought flowers to work for Anja, my psychotherapist and my best friend Eva,
and it made each of them so happy that i couldnt belive. I know its cute to give flowers and bla bla, but just seeing the joy and gratefullnes of people you love is just
A M A Z I N G!!!

Other then romance and rest i also worked alot this week

In poker i achived all my goals, played as many days as i said i would, I played very sold, except yesterday (sunday). With studying i did everything and more then i wanted.
Did all my own things, watched all the coaching videos i wanted to, and with Miha (atathegreat), we started to work on an interesting case in HRC. (HRC is a smart calculator
for poker situations ).

With BitB its going really really great, I feel like i am improving EVERY DAY and not just weekly haha, its really great content and everyone in the group is so awesome
that its just awesome. I also kind of figured out why my results arent as good as they should be, some of it is because i am learning so many new concepts and i try to implement
that in to my game and i end up a little confused, but mainly its that the last few weeks i have trouble with performing good, i overthing a bit too much when i play and i dont
play ''simple'' enough. Im not scared of anything, i have great routines, i enjoy when i work and i am ready to move mountains and everything else! So overall i am HYPED AS ****!

Workout wise i was also productive this week, i did everything i set out to do except tennis, but i will add it to my schedule next week for sure! Im also more exctied about my
workouts now because they are more structured and they will be even more effective.

The injury was because i was pushing myself to much ofcourse, althought in my head its always ''its not enough, you can do more'', well... again i pushed it to much and injured myself.
Its much better now, and i wont be stubborn anymore, and do as the professionals say!

Next week i dont wish for anything special, alot of poker, alot of studying, 5x workout and atleast once tennis, maybe sauna if i find the time, and maybe 1 day off to do something
fun whatever that may be.

Goals next week:

Poker/studying:
-6x playin poker
-1 day for studying

Other goals:
-3x fitness
-1x 7.5km (walk + run, zone 2-3 cardio)
-1x tennis

Optionally if i have time:
-Sauna

You will hear from me again next Monday.

I wish you all a beautifull and sunny (hopefully) week

Hellouuu

Very productive and successful week with poker, studying, activities and fun.
This week i completed all my goals. With sports i decided to do it a bit diffrently, so insted of running and working out
i did outside activites and sports with my friends, wich was good for my body and soul . I played football once, table
tennis and basketball once, did a little running in the sun, and went to the gym. Only the gym workouts were a little weak
this week because i did two less then i wanted, but it was a compromise with studying and playing wich there was more of this
week. Work is currently the priority so if i run out of time there has to be some sort of compromise.

Poker and studying was quite intense this week, i played 6 out of 7 days, i was free only on Monday and even then i studied
and got ready for next week, cleaned my apartment, went to the store and did a couple of other little things. Mondays are regulary
becoming a semi day-off now, i do all my chores and study, and i go for a coffe or a walk, and in the evening i usually play some
video games

Studying was very time consuming this week, we had coachings every day, and before and after them, i went through some things i wanted
to improve on. So overall from Tuesday to Saturday i was on the computer pretty much the whole day with an hour and a half (ish)
of sports in between. One day i didnt have time for sports, so i just did some streching exercises on the yoga mat and ate lunch while
listening to the coaching LOL

Some good results this week aswell, so things are starting to look a bit better, i think i am playing alot better, im complicating things less
and that shows itself in the results and i also have alot of deepruns every day. I need to start taking more time for decisions so i can decide better
and even if i dont, always use my timebank so i dont start AUTO-PILOTING, i think when i start snaping and deciding quickly i just start clicking
without thinking.
I think performance and consistency are causing me most of my problems, when they aren't, the decisions are good, the emotions are good and then the
results are better. So this week i am realy realy pleased with my approach and my playing and studying. Now i just need to consistantly perform and
it will be great.

Next week i will have less coachings, but i did recive my database analasis back, and i will have alot of work with that and focusing on things
where i am the most sloppy. So for the next 2 or 3 weeks my priority will be getting rid of these mistakes.

On saturday i was at my niece's birthday party who is all of a sudden 18 years old. We ate alot of food, and after a while i also had some good wine,
and after i went to Ljubljana in the city center for a beer with my closest friends, then qucikly home to bed because i was tired and becuase
i had to start working on sunday at 13.30 and till the night.

On Sunday before i played i took the time to go to the City center on a coffe in the sun, then i had one more coffe at home while sitting on the window
and writing my diary and then i ate my breakfast outside under the tree, and i really enjoyed doing nothing in these momments and just enjoying the sun
and chilling. I really really love that, and everytime i can i do it.

Poker wise i want to play 6 out of 7 days this week aswell, maybe 5 if i will go to the live tournament in Gorica. So 5 out of 7 is mandatory and
6 out of 7 is optional

Because there will be a bit less coachings, i will do more workouts this week. I want to go to the gym 3x, tennis 1x, badminton 1x and a 7.5km run 1x

At the end of the week, on Saturday and Sunday afternoon, i want to be completly free, to go out, do sports, hangout with friends etc. Depends on the wether,
if its going to be shitty i will be at home and work and be productive, and then have some free time as soon as it will be sunny. I dont want to complicate
things here, but i am utilizing the nature of my work and creating my schedule as i wish depending on the wether.
This is one of the biggest luxuries of my work and it helps me with organizing, health, how i feel, and pretty much everything else
Especially now that i am working in the morrning, even the sundays arent that important for poker, because every day is pretty much the same, so i am really not
stressing about that. When i play the night schedule i make sure i am never free on sundays and i play as much as i can

Thats it for today, i will be writing again next Monday, hopefully with some new experiances, more knowledge, and a couple of euros more in my wallet :P

Goals nextt week:

Poker/studying
-5x poker

Other goals:
-3x gym
-1x 7.5km (walking and running, zone 2-3 cardio)
-1x tennis
-1x badminton

Optionally if i have time:
-Sauna
-Massage

A beautifull and productive week to everyone! <3

Good mornning.

Its Monday, sunny this time unlike the previous one, and summer is near. Immediately everything is diffrent, atleast for me, in the summer, life is just better, problems seem smaller and the days are longer
generally everything is more fun )

A bit diffrent week poker and studying wise. Just because i had a live tourney in Gorica. That changes the whole week a bit because the trouney there starts at 18.00 wich means i have to change my schedule
for a day or two. This time i adapted very well, got good sleep every night, and then the next day as soon as i woke and did my morning routines i played online aswell.

Next time i travel to play live tourneys i want to be more organized with food, beacuse it means alot to me to eat well even then, not just those teribble casino sandwiches with a small piece of salad, and some fried chicken bleh...
Its completely up to me, to prepare some food at home an take it with me and eat like a champ.

Overall experiance of this live tournament was 'meh'. It was great because me and Miha went together and we talked alot, had some fun, plus playing live is always fun, so that part was great! Poker wise it was a bit boring
this time, because all i did the whole day was fold, used 2 buy-ins and still didnt make it to day 2. It wasnt ment to be this time, no worries, that is also part of the journey

Other then the live poker, i also played all the other days just like i wanted to, except saturday wich i planned to be free.

On friday night i went ''into life'', i went to hangout with friends to 'odprta kuhinja' (an event thats in Ljubljana every Friday) then i went to dance a little and then home to sleep. Slept really badly that night,
a few drinks too much and the sleep quality is instantly much worse, and also, i was too hyped for saturday and i wanted to wake up as early as possible

On saturday me and Anja went for lunch to Hood Burger, then we had coffe and a cockta at a bar where my friend works, and then we played tennis for 2 hours. Sports wise that was kind of the highlight of this week, alongside
all the fitness sessions i did, and the running.

For the frist time i played a bit more 'serious', in other words i played against a friend that has been playing tennis for a long time and he really made me run up and down the field, it was really really fun and i am
excited for more of these kind of tennis sessions in the future. Thank you Rok for playing with me, even tho i was barely returning any swings

Rok is also a friend from the poker world, so after the game, we had a nice conversation about our work, and cought up on whats happening in life and the day slowly came to an end.

Saturday night i spent on the couch and did absolutley NOTHING! Went to bed early, because i wanted to work on sunday and, and i did!

After the sunday poker session, i played warzone for a couple of hours and enjoyed some of my favorite chocolate, those litlle kinder buenno candies . In the evening i treated myself to a pizza, and that was it for my cheat
meals this week.

Now swiftly in to the new week, this week i really want to play cards most of the time in the day, and spend the other hours in the solver, in conversations about poker, alot of sports, some sun and alot of good and healthy food.
Lately i have a very good menu of food through the week, i make great food, fast, effective good and healthy and it makes me feel much better. I want to continue with that. Im excited for a workout with Borut at the end of the week,
so he can fix my techniques, atleast the ones that arent good.

Excpet fot this, i dont have any speical plans this week, just to be as hardworking as i can. If there is an opportunity for anything fun, sure, ill adapt, but currently my favorite place to spend time is at the poker tables.
In the summer there will be enough time for all the other fun things, also Rozvadov is coming soon, and there will be a bunch of fun and live poker there, and summer trips to rivers and mountains and many other things.
Thats why now, when there isnt many things happening, i rather put fun on the side, and work as much as i can, so that later i can do more fun things when i wish, without feeling bad

This is a part of my job i love the most, and it enables me to live a happier and healthier life! LOVE IT <3

Ill be here again next monday.

PS: Im trying to post more and more pictures in these blogs, but i am not doing good xD. I will try harder! haha.

Oh and i was complimented for having 'a good feeling' for writing. Although i dont see this yet myself, the compliment means alot! Thank you everyone that said this, special thank you to Zele!
I also want to get some criticism from you guys, or you can tell me where and what i can change. Just so i know. Doesnt mean i will change it (), but just so i can see what others think about this.

So please feel free to say anything, good or bad!

Looooove for the whole world <3

Goals next week:

Poker/studying:
-5x poker (2x longer session)
-1x day for studying

Other goals:
-3x fitness
-1x 7.5km (walk plus run, zone 2-3 cardio)
-1x tennis
-1x massage

Optionally if i have time:

Another successful week behind me. This time the results were good aswell.

I played and studied just like i wanted. Played 5 times and 1 day i studied the whole day.
Results wise, this was one of the best weeks for me. I think i made about 4k this week.

Because its the end of the month, im posting a screenshot of sharcope results here :

I like the volume, considering i lowered the table amount so much. I played 1 tourney live, 2 buy ins (and i was partially staked), so overall profit this month is 3.5k ish.

I started the week by taking monday off again for studying and doing chores at home and getting ready for the new week. This week my studying program was very nice, i prepeared
my schedule for when i and how much i want to study, did it all successfully and implemented new knowledge in to my game.
In the after noon me and my brother went to visit our dad in Laško. We talked a bit, went for a lunch/dinner and then home to Lj and straight to bed.

Over the course of the week, every day was pretty much the same, woke up at 5.30, jump under a cold shower, warmup a bit, read my notes before starting the session (read in what
spots you want to be more focused, or where to do things diffrently etc...), and then at 6.15 ish i start playing and it usually lasts untill around 15.3 ish. Sometimes an hour or
two less sometimes more.

And then i went to workout or go running, whatever was on my schedule that day, then an hour or max an hour and a half to go over spots or concepts that i currently struggle with.
Some meals inbetween and after all that some reading or some video games and then sleeeeeeeep.

This week i didnt sleep enugh three times and i had pretty intense workouts, so at the end of the week i was abit low on fuel, and i was a bit weak in the morrning, so i had shorter
sessions but still played very good poker. By my judgement i think i played my best game this week, i felt the most 'in control' yet, shot bigger buy-ins where i also played verry good.
What i mean with this is that i was very satisfied with my decisions when i was playing, even if after the session i saw that something wasnt ok, i was really decisive while playing
and it always payed off. So with the playing and studying this week, it would be hard to be satisfied even more. GREAT POKER and GREAT STUDYING this week LFG!!

The results were also ok, could be better ofcourse, but that will come by itself, i have nothing to complain about, i won a couple tourneys, had alot of final tables, alot of 2nd and 3rd
places and i played all the heads up situations really well. Overall i am really really happy about poker this week.

I also did alot of sports, reached all my goals, except the running, i wanted to do 8km this weekm but because of time and other important things i skipped that, and ran only 5km.
I'm type of a person that if i set out to do 8km, its 8km or nothing, but lately i got used to the fact that ''something'' is better then ''nothing'', so i went and ran the 5k and it was nice.

On friday i went to eat to 'Odprta Kuhinja', where i hungout with Anja for a bit and we had a couple of glasses of wine, then home to bed and i slept 10 hours like a baby.

On saturday after a good night of sleep, we started our day with breakfast and then straight for 1 hour of tennis, where we really made eacother run up and down the field and we
had very good strikes, and my servers were much better this time, so it was one of the best tennis sessions yet.
Really a legendary sport and i am really exctied for summer because i will be able to play it outside almost everyday, and its very close to where i live.

Then we went to get lunch with Anja's parents, we talked a little, actually it was my first time meeting them, they were very kind and lovely, so i am excited about simillar lunches in the future.
Then i went to ''watch the hobbit on the couch'' a.k.a. i took a 2 hour nap . I was really short on sleep this week apperantly, so i made up for it on the weekend and i am now ready for the new week.

On sunday i played, but i started a bit later (7.30am) but again very good and very successful. I also won the pacific for the first time, its some sort of morning tourney that has a really good structure
and its very nice to play and it had an overlay so it was really really fun.

Next week theres a couple of interesting things happening, so i want to photograph and document as much as i can, so that next weeks blog is even more fun. I am really excited about the upcoming week.
Ill tell/show you more on monday.

Golas wise, i dont wish for anything special. I want to play 5 days, maybe i will go to play live in Gorica one day, wich can cause the schedule to change a little, but i will decide last minute.
Studying wise, as it was now, this week i will focuse more on the database analasis wich i got back, and today (monday) i will spend a few hours in HRC for ICM spots with Miha and Luka.

Sports wise, this week i want to be in the gym 4x, and 1x tennis/8km run.

Thats it for this week. I want to continue having this schedule, this approach, i like everything im doing currently, work, free time, sports, fun, just the right amount of everything, maybe in the summer
more free weekends, but thats why i am working more now.
I feel great overall, i am convinced that if i continue with this tempo and excitment, everything will be even better and more fun, and its already great, so overall i really am enjoying.

I like the fact that even when i have bad days mentally or phisically, i do ateleast something if i feel like that, and on the other hand i am okay if there comes a day where i dont do nothing for some reason.
Almost never happens, but sometimes when it used to happen once or twice a month, i was stressed about it and it only made it worse. Now i think im much better at accepting this.

Another big thing is that i have the most amazing Psychotherapist in the world. I had alot of diffrent ones in my life, and each one helped in their own way, in the end you do most of the work yourself, but
it is really important what kind of mirror (feedback) you have on the other side. In general it helps me with my thinking in every day/week etc... And also at accepting decisions and accepting things that are
happening. I belive and i feel that alongside happines, health, thinking, and all the other things, my performance is also better because of this. I am really gratefull for every session. Gordana thank you,
you are the most awesome, and i am really excited for every conversation we have!

Next week hopefully more pictures, maybe a video.

Peaceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee <3

Goals in the following week

Poker/study
-5x poker
-1x day for studying
-Everyday go over some important spots (focus on database analasis), 30-45min per day.

Other goals:
-4x gym
-1x 8km (walk plus running, zone 2-3 cardio)
-1x tennis
-massage

Optionally if i have time:
-Sauna

I wish you all a great week
