Worst case scenario;

He goes busto, his wife has a job, they probably struggle for a few months while rayz does odd jobs for people and trains tennis making a couple k a month. In which case they are still ahead of probably 95% of Americans at they’re age.

You got this rayz. Your worst case is better than my best case right now. Is it the most optimal line? Probably not but hopefully it pays off for you.

I Dont want to get into an endless circular debate. But I can think of a very realistic worst case scenario that is quite a bit worse than the one you have outlined. Rayz gotta do Rayz, but I think many are worried about losing not only the farm - but possibly the fam as well. Financial issues are a significant cause for big time maritial problems. There is a very realistic possibility of massive downside - which many think is very irresponsible. I honestly believe most wish the best for Rayz but they feel like they need to say something. I think there are very few actual haters

Your right, I (mistakenly) assume everyone has the same relationship with their SO as myself. I get the vibe that Rayz wife is ride or die (she’s lasted this long amirite?) but I could be wrong.

I'm definitely hoping for Rayz to succeed, but that doesn't preclude me for thinking he's being a colossal fool.

Some of you should be using reverse psychology. Tell him it's a good idea to invest in NIO. It seems he's feeding off the rush of the possibility of proving everyone wrong.

Agree with a lot that’s said here regarding wanting him to succeed. It was cool seeing him hit a home run, after selling The Melody, with ENPH but I feel like the semi-retired life was taken a bit too far and ultimately hurt him from a cash flow perspective.

Still hoping for a turnaround but also need to be building that poker bankroll and stop creating self inflicting scenarios that leave you short.

Rayz, Haters are going to Hate. Happy Easter.
I may have gotten confused along the way, but isn't that 30k+ in investments because he took a 100k home loan out?

Agree that most don’t want to see him fail myself included. Just hard to read what he is doing from an investing perspective. Also agree that it would be different without a family, but ultimately he is putting his family in a potentially really rough financial spot with young (I believe) kids.

yes I believe it was a HELOC loan, and he is down 60-70K so a net negative.

Basically he has massive debt and is trying to trade with borrowed money.
I don't know the interest rate on it..but this ain't a good idea.

Oh damn had no idea he was investing off pure margin! Wow that is some risky ****. As Mike said, leave yourselves outs... I'm in the camp of getting something steady and rebuild, then take some calculated shots once the base is stable again.

Heloc was for $70k
I used $60k and my wife $10k.
I put $55k of that into RH and used $5k for life/poker roll. Since this time (8months ago ish) I hv added to RH. Now in for $62k ish.

Hey Ray,

always rooting for you on the sideline, even though most of the haters are against the stocks i always find it intersting.

Just pulled the trigger myself on somewhat a Penny stock that had IPO in March on the CSE 'OILS' is a canabis extraction company that has some patents that interest me.

Always rooting for ya and love the way you approach life keep it up

Anyone else I betting more. Misread on his hand range.
As u can see he didn’t raise w nuts. Doesn’t get any tighter than that.
