tournament highlights:
======================

won a massive pot with quads! now have the chip lead

been losing a few chips in small pots

just got back a few of my chips winning a small pot with a made 2 pair

just knocked someone out with a made straight. maybe i could of limped to trap others

at the first break i am 3rd out of 29 remaining. late reg still open

won a good sized pot with made 2 pair vs my opponent with a lower 2 pair

won a big pot with trips vs 2 pair. currently 6th with 31 remaining. late reg still open

won a good sizeable pot with a made flush now 5th place with 31 remaining

won a pot with a flush. maybe i should of raised 3x rather than 10x

won a good sized pot with made trips. did the right thing by raising 3x

won a good sized pot with a made full house. now 4th with 33 remaining. late reg still open

got unlucky with a failed bluff attempt. i had nothing but my oppoent draw 3 cards and picked up 2 pair

won a good sized pot with made 2 pair. now 3rd with 35 remaining. late reg still open. looking good so far

won a good sized pot with made trips.

successfully bluffed with missed flush. drawing 1 card can rep a 2 pair, so if you are in position, try to bluff even if you miss your draw

lost a big pot with smaller trips. should of folded since i realised my opponent was drawing 2.

got my lost chips back when i draw 2 pair. knocked someone else out, collecting their $1 bounty

lost a few chips but got them back with made 2 pair. currently 7th with 26 remaining. late reg has now closed

called with a lower 2 pair vs a tight opponent. he is dangerous so should watch it if he bets.

been losing a few chips but got them back after drawing 2 pair. i'm 12th out 20 remaining.

got knocked out with set over set. just short of the money. overall, this is the 2nd tournament in a row that i've played well in. let's make the money next time

got 2 bounties totaling $2, so at least i didn't leave with nothing.

Spoiler:
**** off
had not been playing that well the last few days. lost nearly 30% of my bankroll after cashing in the $55 Sunday Marathon last week.

I can say though that the last 2 tournaments I have been playing well in. Even though I didn't cash in either, if you can pat yourself on the back for a job well done, well that is all that matters

Going to play in a Badugi tournament tomorrow. Wish me luck In this thread there is a link to my schedule. Feel free to look at it! And thanks for the support!

No it's free, get obs(open broadcast software) which is also free, as for a powerful PC not so much the case for poker, for gaming yes however the biggest factor will be your internet speed>google speed test and get results you should be more than fine though.

Thanks buddy. https://www.runitonce.com/ and https://upswingpoker.com/
are the 2 poker sites i'd recommend for improving your game. Also Daniel Negreanu's poker site is also good to learn from. This is a link to that:

https://www.masterclass.com/classes/...9194951cf7aa72

I can't personally vouch for any of the 3 poker training sites I just mentioned, as I haven't signed up for any of them yet. However I did sign up with Negreanu's Poker VT site 12 years ago which taught me how to play 'the small ball way' in NLHE.

I will probably sign up for runitonce, upswing poker and Daniel's Masterclass once I have won the $55 Sunday Marathon.

Streaming at 6.13am NZT on Saturday. So find out online what time it will be at your place. New Zealand as you may know is ahead of everyone else in the world in terms of the world time, so if you live in the US, it'll be between 9.15am and 12.15pm on Friday and in the UK it'll be about 7.15pm on a Friday night, so if you can make it to the live stream, at anytime during the day, that would be awesome

These are the official times the LIVE streams will start:

https://scontent.fakl2-1.fna.fbcdn.n...0a&oe=5D1E3673

https://scontent.fakl2-1.fna.fbcdn.n...1b&oe=5CE055BC

After the tournament, I'll spend about 20 minutes to edit the recorded stream and put a 20 minute highlight package onto my twitch channel for you all to watch.

I hope to help you guys out with any of the poker games you are not good at. I'll be playing all of them with playing the 8 Game, HORSE, Badugi and 5 Card Draw.

Cannot wait for tomorrow!
