Spead readed the entire 2012 thread and I must say I'm really really impressed of your work and effort building a stable with som sick players in it. My fingers crossed for that 2013 will be the year you start working harder on getting healthy. You seem like a very stand up guy, and deserves it.

Did u get any injuries or just laziness? Laziness is wat kills me I start great do it for like 4-8 weeks then slowly it just goes wrong....

what u think in terms of sweating? u sweat harder than the player deep?

I feel like this is a bit of a cop out. It is the most important one for life ev, and it just gets relegated to a few sentences and a 1-time. Like you said, you know what to do, you just never do it, so it isnt up to luck, it is up to you. Check out the health and fitness forum here, read the FAQ, and make a log. Some people have made insane progress the past year[http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/85...eight-1215160/ and http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/85...life-1261287/], and the threads there are great resources and making your own helps you stay accountable. I would definitely find the time to check these out.

it was pretty much just laziness. hurt my knee in college and it kinda is bothersome every once in a while, but it really didnt effect anything. was 100% just me being lazy.

Mouldy sweats will be fun all year. every day i wake up i insta search him to see how he has been doing. the 300 and 500s will create some big swings...

meh, i assume the players are sweating it a lot harder than me. If they dont win, i just open another person deep and move on. if they dont win deep, might be a little while before they get back there. I am sure i sweat people who are in MU harder. like, if they are in 50k MU and at a FT for 20k for first, they wont see a dime if they win, but i will see all 20k. I know they are loyal to me and want to do well to make some progress on the MU, but they also see no financial gain from that specific mtt.

Also, all the scores we have had make me sweat things less now i guess.
