Hello

Had a thread in here last year and felt it went pretty well (minus the whole me failing at "half" of it, ha ha). Here is a link to last years thread.

I think this thread will be a lot like the last one, in that i will just mainly chat about the daily/weekly/monthly happenings in regards to running a staking operation.

2013 Goals:


-Keep growing the staking business
-------Would like to have someone win a live MTT. 500k+ score would be nice. We (Elio and I) are kind of moving in a different direction in terms of staking as of late. We are more trying to get to higher stakes guys and somewhat move away from lower guys. This isnt to say we wont be adding lower guys in the future or drop some of the low guys we have at the moment. We will just be looking to add/keep guys who we feel have good potential to move up in the future. I think the "sweet spot" we are looking for is around 15 high stakes guys, 10 guys right below high stakes (playing some of the better big stuff as well), 20 mid-stakes guys.

-Travel to euroland
-------Want to maybe travel to an EPT or two, and see some random cities in between. Not really getting any younger, and at some point would be nice to just pick up and travel around.

-See a few live concerts
-------Debating seeing mumford and sons over in europe at some point. Also debating on going to tomorrowland, but this one is a lot less likely.

-Lose some weight
-------Yeah, can i use my 1 time? This has always been a struggle and something that i hope turns around this year. I know what i need to do, i just never do it.

-Move back to the states (not sure if this is possible)
-------Think this would help the quality of life a bit, but just not sure this is possible. I have been travelling to the states some as of late, and things have gone fine (spent like 6 weeks in the states), but just think it makes more sense for me to be out of the states full time.

-Be a better friend and person
-------2012 taught me a lot about myself and how people view me as a person. Met some really cool people this year and i hope i can improve my friendships with them.



I think this year i am gonna bring back the graphs to help give people a better idea on the actual swings that take place. For now, I think just showing 5 high stakes guys, and 5 mid stakes guys in 1 graph would be cool. Open to suggestions on this. I was gonna do all high stakes guys, but think it would be cool to have a small mix. Will only be posting sunday graphs as i did last year though. Will start this weekend with this.

Guess would like to hear some thoughts. Should i just do a graph of 6 high stakes guys, or 5 high stakes guys and 5 mid stakes guys?

It would be nice to see a graph off the full stable, but guess that isnt possible?
Then i think it would be fun to see a graph with most of the guys you are sure they will you for a long time.

Yea would be cool if you could do graph of ur high and mid stakes guys and then whole stable all together if possible. Gl this year and welcome to rosa hope u like it so far.

Just made a graph of 29 guys on stars. Few guys are blocked for different reasons. gonna get them to unblock and get them in the graph.

few of the bigger guys have been on breaks/not been playing as much. In a few weeks, everyone should be in full swing again. volume/avg buy-in is a bit small at the moment it seems. This is just for stars as well. When i was making these, i had to do it over around 5 times, cause it kept freezing (think its my ****ty internet though that caused that)
