Re: Staking and Getting Healthy: 2012

debating on starting something new for this thread.

every so often, we run into scumbags in this industry. and, think I am gonna start just outing them and telling their story in this thread. will get the word out about them, and hopefully will ruin their reputation in the community. might have "scumbag of the month" post er something. got enough to have it run for a few years. and, sure we will get more.

Big Sunday tomorrow. really think a lot of our guys are gonna do well.

Guessing the douche you outed in the neg feedback thread spurred this on? Sucks that there are so many people willing to scam out there.

Re: Staking and Getting Healthy: 2012

Small update

Hired a personal trainer to try and jump start my working out. i know i dont really "need" it, but its something i feel will help. She has already given me some good tips in the kitchen which are helping a lot. Going 4 days a week to start, and will most likely taper it down after a month er so.

I weight 298 at this point

Went to vegas for a few weeks, and didnt do well in anything personally. We had a few guys make a few runs, but nothing to great yet. Have 1 FT and 1 12th (same guy). The other two grinding out there will hopefully get a run going soon. Debating going back for the ME, but not sure it really even makes sense for me to go, except for fun/see friends. Really unsure if its the right thing to do, as i wanna make sure i get on a good schedule and get healthy.

Had a few close calls yesterday. final table bubble of the mil and a top 5 in the bigger 55. woulda been cool to run good there, but always next week.

got 9k vpps in around 5 days of grinding this month. prolly will keep playing, but gotta make sure i can beat the games. on a lil downswing, but mehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Not to be mean but your weight issue is probably about 80% diet. A quick tip because you are heavy and heat up quicker, hold something cold while doing cardio. You will be proud of results compared to not holding something cold. Good luck, quit paying un needed expenses.

Re: Staking and Getting Healthy: 2012

am aware my problem is my diet. but, going to someone who i feel accountable too is just something i feel like i need. its at a ridic nice spa with a really cool locker room with sauna's/whirl pools/hot tubs etc. being able to use the facilities is most likely worth the price.

dont feel these are un needed expenses. i havent gotten anything to work in the past. need to change it up.

Don't worry, a day will come when you will not need anyone for this, you will just do it yourself because you will want to feel better.
Lost 50 pounds last year and i still don't know why the hell did i wait so much time until i took that decision.
Everything is better now!

Hey, I lost 12kg doing Paleo diet during 3 months.

I also went from sleeping from 9 to 12 hours to 7 to 9.

You should really read about Paleo, I recommend The Primal Blueprint, see if it clicks into you.

tyty marty.

might sound weird, but so many people are accountable to me every day, that its kinda nice to be accountable to someone else for a change. if someone told me i could pay 10k to lose this weight, i would pay it right now. the trainer is a lot less than 10k
